I love the protection plan. I’ve already used it for my refrigerator. They sent the geek squad out and they were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem.

This is a good option to protect your appliances. It covers installation and some repairs. I purchased 3 appliances and this was a cheaper option than purchasing the installation separately.

The 24 month protection pays for itself and items I would buy elsewhere I now buy at Best Buy because I know it will be covered.

Wish we could’ve gotten a 5-year contract, but we got a great deal.

I recommend getting the protection just in case something happens with your appliance.

I got the TotalTech warranty and for the price I paid I couldn't be happier. It will cover all future purchases I manke and I am buying a new Fridge soon, Awesome!

I will alway invest in the monthly protection plans because I can rest assure that if repairs are needed they will be protected by Best Buy Protection.

Hope don't have to use it cause my previous LG refrigerator had to use it twice and at the end had to replace it.

Good for what it is and if you plan to buy lots of products the first year from Best Buy. I wish they had the 5 year week squad option; that was fantastic.

We have had an oven, then a washer & dryer delivered & installed. Plus the washer had to be exchanged because it didnt fit space. Then we had an older tv fixed at home. Good plan covered all.
