    Really enjoying this new plan. I have used it to install tv's on the wall. Like that it offers beyond the manufacturer basic 1 year warranty.

    Had a GE refrigerator that was not quite right from the beginning....... Freezer was 28 instead of 0 and eventually failed. Probably should have dealt with issue sooner. No problem with exchange to different model.

    I bought all four new appliances and and the best buy total tech. The delivery, install, and removal of old appliance was free with total tech. It paid for itself and Saved me a-lot of money

    Yep, it got protected for 24 months, Nothing bad happened during those months so I can't really comment beyond that.

    Buy total tech Great service provided by total tech. Absolutely loved it and it’s worth purchasing honestly. No hold times for calling total tech as well but definitely worth it.

    As a Best Buy Total member, you get an extended warranty. But...it looks like it drops off if you don't renew the membership, even if you bought the item and the Total membership at the same time. So if I don't renew Total, that means I only get the 1 year of coverage that comes with the double oven we purchased. If that's the case, that's not such a great deal, seems to me. But service from Best Buy while you have BB Total is very good.
