Zach was excellent in his customer service skills. His knowledge regarding setting my new phone up, making sure the phone was working properly and taking the time to make sure we understood how the phone worked. He was just a nice person.

Never know when its needed Especially with cablelines and attennas not protected

Use the features often and at least for annual check-up with laptops - covers ALL Best buy product and service purchases - checkups alone would cover the annual renewals - Staff has been much more customer oriented as the years progress - scheduling appointments are inconvenient for crisis situations -

Joining this membership was an excellent choice. I had no idea it provided so many deals once you get the app. With one purchase as a "member "(it gives member prices" under deal of the day.I have saved more than 3 times what it cost for the membership. Plus everything is covered. Doesn't get better than that.

I would highly recommend this service. I have had it for awhile now and every time my computer or my moms computer need work geek squad through best buy protection has worked on them. We bought both comouters through best buy.
