We have had a Geek Squad subscription for several years and I can say bthat, for us, it has been a life saver for our computers. We have 3 computers and we have "remote" service on them whenever there is an issue with them. I have recommended this to familyb and friends and they all agree that it is worth the price for service.

Having the protection plan is a great investment. I don't have to worry if things break or need to be replaced because the plan has me covered.

I like this membership a lot I’ve replaced plenty of items I’ve broken for the year all by mistake but it was nice to have that reassurance of it being replaced

When buying any electronic item its best to have an extended warranty to protect your investment for the long run. Its like a safety net when something goes wrong. At least you ll be able to have the repair at a minimum cost than buying a replacement.

I have had the protection plan for years and yes I keep renewing! The savings is substantial for the warrantee protection. Even more of a savings if delivery and installations are needed!!!

Use the features often and at least for annual check-up with laptops - covers ALL Best buy product and service purchases - checkups alone would cover the annual renewals - Staff has been much more customer oriented as the years progress - scheduling appointments are inconvenient for crisis situations -
