The support has kind of waned over the years and shifted to more of an AI platform that is frustrating to use. I bought it for installation benefits. Having a pro hang and mount all of my tvs was definitely worth it. However they contracted out an electrician to install my wired ring doorbell and he botched it pretty bad, blew a transformer, and then wouldn’t respond when I asked him to fix the problem

Always get protection. It is very useful and helpful in so many ways. I was able to update my kids game for free of charge just because I had it. It is pricey but it is totally worth it.

It is sleek and Apple still gets kudos for still making their technology easy to use just like it always has been to “plug (it in) and play”. It is a VERY powerful computer. Glad to have it to travel with. I appreciate the continued software upgrades which offers enhancements and new ways to complete tasks with ease.
