Protection plan has worked out well. I have been able to get 2 year old devices replaced with no hassel along with access to some really good deals on items.

Great that most things are covered. They do not have specialists that install. The shippers do it and they are not experienced. Long wait time to be seen by geek squad.

Like that it covers multiple things under one price and includes some discounts for Geek Squad repairs. Going on year 4 and haven't really utilized its value for money.

I purchased several items at the Yuma store , a laptop, printer and two television ‘s . I received excellent quality customer service from the staff. There is always help easily available, they provide me with tailored services meeting my exact needs saving me & my family time any money and these were my first time purchases at Best Buy . I definitely will be purchasing other items sometime in the near future. I would recommend Best Buy to others for sure.

This protection allowed for me to get help with mounting my 55 inch TV. However, I was disappointed because my appointment was rescheduled 3 times. They need to take into consideration because people have to work and change thier schedule when they reschedule. They give you a window time when the tech will show up but the tech will call you if he can come earlier. But this allowed me not to pay someone or ask family or friends to take time out of their day to help me mount my TV. Also, if your getting something mounted you can ask them to send a tech that can help with other tech issues like your laptop but you must let them know this when setting the appointment.

This is a great program. User friendly. Great value.

Having the Best Buy protection gives me peace of mind. It allows me to purchase any product from the store knowing that I'll have extra protection. I also like that I get 60 days return by instead of 15 days.
