best buy total tech is awesome! i don’t worry about my electronics because i know i have an expert on standby to help out year round!

The product is good, but when i received the packages, i missing the 1 part that i don’t received the power cord. So the tv don’t turn on

Tv cover fell off of front and hit my dog, crap made, abs crap service from Best Buy - purchased a warranty and did not honor, save your money and go somewhere else.

Considering they never responded to my complaint of a damaged appliance on delivery the jury is still out on the value of thus coverage

I cannot recommend enough, especially when dealing with smaller electronics, the need for peace of mind that comes with knowing that from screens to other hardware, from software to battery is all covered under the protection provided by the 24 month product protection plan, whether bought during the purchase of your product, or if applied because of the purchase of the Total plan. Highly recommended.
