After having 3 TVs hit by lightning. 2 delivered with cracked screens and 1 i picked up with a cracked sceen from another business, i chose a protection plan. Great value and worth the sense of secuity. I also was able to use the option of getting the tv for less money after it was reduced $300 on sale.

Bought 5 appliances and a tv, and an espresso machine. They are all covered. For one price anything else I buy for Christmas is covered and the product is still covered if it's a gift. My son got the tv as a house warming gift and if he has any problems they go to his house. Works for this family.

This TV was mounted by Best Buy Total Tech and it has a awesome picture and works great for our outdoor patio. Very happy with this TV for now and also I have to get some outdoor speakers to go along with this tv.

We love the BBP plan for all our purchases. We recently used it on a dishwasher that was defective and replaced with not a lot of effort to make it happen!

I can’t say enough about the incredible care and service I received from the team at Best Buy. I had an issue with a 42" open-box OLED I purchased.
