    We love the BBP plan for all our purchases. We recently used it on a dishwasher that was defective and replaced with not a lot of effort to make it happen!

    I can’t say enough about the incredible care and service I received from the team at Best Buy. I had an issue with a 42" open-box OLED I purchased. I returned it for service, and it was ultimately deemed unrepairable. Best Buy honored their return policy without hesitation and provided me with a brand new replacement — no hassle, no pushback. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands by their word and truly takes care of their customers. Great experience from start to finish!

    Although I have not had to use it yet, when you buy enough from Best Buy (especially considering their price matching), getting the Best Buy Total membership is a deal. This includes two years of extended protection for free!
