It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

The best protection in the business in my opinion hands down.

Hopefully you don't need service on your electronic device, but if you do, the servive plan at Best Buy is great!

I think total tech is worth it because you don't have to worry about anything especially when you make a big purchase

The plan is needed since I have several major appliances from Best Buy. This is the only way I was able to get my Thermador Stove working correctly. The normal warranty process failed miserably for almost a year. Lots of wasted time. The geek squad stepped in and fixed it.

My Best Buy membership provides this extra 2 year protection plan which is why we buy our appliances and electronics at Best Buy.

The TV is excellent. It is large screen and fit in our wall space very nicely. The TV sound is great. Added a sound bar and additional speakers to enhance movies. It feels you are in the Theatre

I used this on an HP Printer that I could not get to function consistently. After trying for a month Best Buy replaced it very willingly. For this and the Geek Squad Best Buy is my favorite electronic retailer. The second HP did not seem to work much better. Best Buy tried to help and offered to replace it also but I was too embarrassed and stubbornly have stuck with it.

This something that is Great to Buy and Have for some but not all Products. I recommend it on Technology that is Expensive ETC. I have 2 OLEDs and I have bought it for both of them. It gives me the Piece of mind knowing that I am covered if something along the lines of Burn-In or any Technical Failure Happens. I recommend everyone at least thinking about getting this when looking at Expensive Products that can Break. I also recommend you ask what it covers from the Product you get. Since it can be different on a Item per Item case.

This was a pleasant surprise. I was going to buy the Geek Squad Total Tech membership (and protection plan) for the free delivery and professional wall installation of a Sony 65” OLED into a wall with aluminum studs. Then to find other products I bought were automatically covered was a huge bonus. I would always be offered protection plans with each purchase and have to decide individually if I thought I would recoup the amount spent on protection. Now I have piece of mind lumped in one cost. The initial $200 cost was something I couldn’t see past until I was ready to purchase the large TV, but now I wish I would have joined sooner. The Total Tech membership prices have provided additional savings.

As long i am still on membership then i got a lot benefits. I love it

I feel reassured in knowing that I have Best Buy Protection on my new television. These televisions are so hi-tech these a good kick to the backside is not recommended and know their is a whole crew just a phone call away lets me sleep soundly at night.

The Best Buy protection is a must!! Covers so many things and offers peace of mind!
