This program used to be a fantastic value as it also offered installation of purchases. The price has gone up but I have been purchasing enough products to keep it for now. The two year protection for any purchase is helpful however when seeking service there are additional fees you pay.

I've been using this "TV" as a PC monitor with the help of the LGTV Companion software for Windows, and I feel like it's better than actual OLED monitors. Image quality in motion and latency are amazing, SDR and HDR brightness has been good to great, and the glossy anti-reflection treatment is second to none to mitigate reflections but keep the picture crystal clear with perfect blacklevels. If I ever move on from this as a PC monitor I'd likely just get a newer LG C model, either 42" or 48".

The protection plan has come in very useful on so many occasions. One example was accidently getting a Trojan and being able to have a Geek Squad associate login to my computer and take care of it!

We have Best Buy protection on all purchases from Best Buy. Much better than just plan offered by manufacturer.

I recently required a re-set on my 43-inch Bravia TV. I didn't realize that the service now requires a cost of 129.00 charge in addition to my GEEK coverage. Age and physical limitations prevent me from bringing the tv to the story. Adding the cost of $129.00 dollars would also be a hard ship for me because I purchased the extended warranty/coverage etc. I was pleased that the agent made exceptions for me on the phone to take the appointment at no additional cost. The agent arrived on time to service the TV and as always, I felt assured that it was in working order. My concern and disappointment are with the new GEEK squad contract after being a client for several years has always assured me that the linked in service would help get me back online. The additional cost while I try to arrange for the item to be returned to the store is really going to be inconvenient'

Geek Squad transferred the files and programs from my 2014 ASUS to my new MS Surface Pro laptop. They were very professional and did a great job. Spencer was my contact and they were always available for questions during the process. It is so worth it to be a Total Tech customer.

This has been great. I've had them out to help setup things like my wall mounted TV. They took care of installing the mount, setting of the electronics, and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They were super friendly and helpful.
