This is an excellent plan. It cover anything you buy at Best Buy for up to two year. Return and exchange of damaged products is easy. Plus there is no waiting! You'll receive your products back that dame day.

A must have when you have multiple items and you work from home.

Great protection for my phone! The reason I bought this was arthritis and poor grip. This is the second one I've purchased to fit my new phone of a different size. Old one is still in great shape, and still fits out dated phone. It also has that sturdy D ring on the reverse that I can put my thumb through for additional stability. Do the sturdy materials make it a little heavier? Yes, a tad, but the grip outweighs that one caveat. Quality item, and I refer to it as my Desert Storm phone case. I truly believe it could have made it successfully through that whole mission without damage.

BEST BUY helped me at a very DOWN point in my life! Just after my father died, whom I took care of for several years and during the Covid Pandemic, I was distraught when I realized all my accounts were hacked (including my bank account). Everyone else told me to simply change my phone number and everything would be resolved, and that was sooooo not the case/answer! Of course I bought a new computer, but it was the BEST start to ending the monotony of getting nowhere in resolution to the original problem. With their guidance I changed not only my phone number, but I changed my email as well and have no problems ever since! BEST BUY has given me peace of mind n more...they have given me SECURITY!!!

The monthly protection is a must have ,if you shop your electronics and other gadgets at bestbuy. Their repair and replacement policies are straight forward. Your purchase is protected at a give away price.

I have been a Greek Suad member and buy all my electronics, games etc... from Best Buy and use my protection year round for evething I buy for 2 years. You just renew every year on time to keep you warranty active. Geek Squad is the best way to protect everything in one place! Phones, TV, Games, Headphones, Computers...

Best Buy protection is the best! It’s not often anymore when you have an issue with a product they give you no questions asked service with a person in store! It’s always fast and a pleasure to shop at Best Buy know I am covered!

Protect your devices or don’t, a lot of the time its worth it though.

I like that staff willing to help resolve problems. I have this protection on other items also.

I love getting gift cards from Best Buy. It’s a great way for me to spend more money there.

Comes with all the things I buy so not sure if it’s good or not haven’t had the issue of having to use it.

Just the right protection I need for the small things

I mean 2 year protection is better than having to buy a new product from scratch incase you need it in the future
