Comes with all the things I buy so not sure if it’s good or not haven’t had the issue of having to use it.

I mean 2 year protection is better than having to buy a new product from scratch incase you need it in the future

Great protection for my phone! The reason I bought this was arthritis and poor grip. This is the second one I've purchased to fit my new phone of a different size. Old one is still in great shape, and still fits out dated phone. It also has that sturdy D ring on the reverse that I can put my thumb through for additional stability. Do the sturdy materials make it a little heavier? Yes, a tad, but the grip outweighs that one caveat. Quality item, and I refer to it as my Desert Storm phone case. I truly believe it could have made it successfully through that whole mission without damage.

Not sure how to review protection plan but I keep getting prompts

BEST BUY helped me at a very DOWN point in my life! Just after my father died, whom I took care of for several years and during the Covid Pandemic, I was distraught when I realized all my accounts were hacked (including my bank account). Everyone else told me to simply change my phone number and everything would be resolved, and that was sooooo not the case/answer! Of course I bought a new computer, but it was the BEST start to ending the monotony of getting nowhere in resolution to the original problem. With their guidance I changed not only my phone number, but I changed my email as well and have no problems ever since! BEST BUY has given me peace of mind n more...they have given me SECURITY!!!

I could not live without the Geek Squad protection as I have perodic tune ups & have various issues thru the year. I like the option of the remote chat to perform.issues at home while I watch.
