    The plan I have on my device with Best Buy and all it offers and all that is included with the yearly plan. I sincerely love the protection plan, The Tech support and the phone protection on the device itself. Which I have used on occasion for the various reasons. Mostly the staff, employees, there have been extremely helpful with the issues I was having, professional, polite even when I was out of line from my own frustration of things not working as they should. Great staff/employees and products.
