    This plan is suitable for me because it gives me that peace of mind when I buy mew technology, especially that Best Buy is where I buy it all from, with kids nithing is safe so the monthly protection plan is pretty much what works for my family and me

    Very user friendly. Has a hip look. Was always a clean phone and never slowed down as far as running smoothly with data. Customer service was authentic and spoke great english.

    We love these phone screens. They have saved our iphone 16’s on multiple occasions. With kids dropping our phones we use the best buy service to replace the screen all the time.

    In the past few months I have bought three new tech items, phone, laptop and destop computer. I have really saved a lot on warranty fees and know that total tech will help me maintain my new purchases for twice as long as most warranties at no cost, give me price matching for twice as long and always be there if I have questions.

    If you buy a lot of Apple products, this is an easy purchase. Apple Care is free when you purchase Apple products from Best Buy when you have this protection.

    Can’t beat the free two year protection being a member. Love this option since I used to have to decide what level of protection I was going to purchase. Also, I have never had any issues with returning or replacing a product under the protection. Great service and love the way they honor this protection.
