With Best buy protection plan, I have to worry about unexpected damages or malfunctioning of any item I purchase from the store or online.

So far I feel as if I have recieved good value for this. Both my home and business have many Best Buy products and I have had to use this a few times. Each time I have recieved service above expectations, and problem resolution that was appropriate. With this plan, it seems as if Best Buy is willing to aire on the side of the customer.

I accidently forgot my Unlocked Motorola 4G cellphone under the car at night in Lowes parking lot. I ran over my Motorola 4G cellphone (EEK), then took it into Best Buy customer service. (it had best Buy Protection) Best Buy customer service offered us a Best Buy gift card to go towards the new Unlocked Motorola 5G Stylus cellphone. We showed them the reset phone and said, "this happened" and they offered a gift card, and we accepted. It took a huge (HUGE) chunk out of the cost of the replacement unlocked cellphone.

I love my Motorola! I think the battery life is very good...but I wish you could replace batteries when they stop holding a charge. This is a feature companies seem to have permanently disabled. But a couple years or so seems to be the life of the phone. That is why I do not sign contracts with anyone. I purchased the phone, then get TracFone. Great price for the phone and the service. It's as functional as all the expensive phones, but maybe not the range of ringtones.... What might be missing I don't know, so I'm not missing it.

In life there are so many reasons to have protection. Wish I realized this sooner or I probably wouldn't have fathered 2 beautiful daughters. But aside from that, Best Buy Total Protection has you completely covered. Problem with a TV, they send a repair person, or troubleshoot whatever is needed via phone. If products go bad; no questions and just replaces them. The Geek Squad will help with issues one is having on any computer or peripheral issue whether purchased at Best Buy or prior to having total protection. Also being a member I received special pricing on numerous items I've purchased this year.
