Happy I bought it, as it includes Geek Squad help, and Owyn was sooooo patient in helping me set up my new cell phone (also purchased at this BB location.) It has already paid for itself.

The Moto G 2023 is a great budget friendly phone. Picture quality is nice, battery life is fantastic. Its speed and responsiveness are very good. The side fingerprint sensor is quick and reliable. It's basically got a combo of Moto, Google, and Android feature set. The one major let-down was no wireless charging -- if you don't mind missing that one feature, I would highly recommend this phone.

Can't say much you have my back covered I know not to worry

Smaller phone with protection plan was purchased for a family member who is constantly dropping their phone. So far we've had no issues transferring her account. Thought it would be tougher since we typically buy under one of the big cell companies. Service was up and running within a few minutes of calling the cell service .

We have purchased several Goggle Pixel phones with Best Buy and they have been great at getting these set up with our carrier and explaining all of the features.

I hope I don't need the protection but thought it was a great buy.

This phone serves its purpose for my teenager and that is the phone they prefer. This is an upgrade from the Motorola Power 2021 and that phone had started the have many glitched. Which these phones are not meant to last long with all of the technology advances. I would recommend this phone to family and friends.

I never buy a cell phone from any other place than Best Buy. I purchased a computer a few months ago, and the new BB protection plan. Now EVERYTHING I purchase something from BB its covered under the same plan. Sure, if I destroy my phone there may be a deductible that I have to pay when I take it in to be repaired, but compare it to the plans from your cell phone provider. I paid less for a years coverage at BB, (and all my purchases are covered) than my cell provider would have charged me to protect just 1 phone! And the deductible is 50% less than my cell provider

this is my third review of the warranty and trust me. always get this warranty because it's totally worth it even if you think you might not need it. when you get the best buy membership warranty, it covers like all of your purchases after. i got a laptop and warranty, covered my after purchases like my tv, video games, toys. it does it all. seriously get it. its so worth it.

This phone was a replacement from a prior purchase. No issues and still running strong, battery life good.
