The service is great. I've just taken my broken screen back for repair. Best Buy can not fix it right away and offer refund to the original amount that I paid minus the service fee. I had the phone for a year. I don't think anyone can beat BestBuy protection offer.

Great service, however, it's overpriced to me. I suppose if you planned out its use it could be a better value.

New phone is great and their technicians helped transfer everything over from my old phone.

I bought for my mom and although she's not very technology inclined, she was able to adapt to this phone very easy. The screen is big enough for her eyes and user friendly.

Does everything you would expect, the built-in stylus is a bonus. If you handed me the phone and me not knowing it was a less than $300 smartphone I would assume you paid double.

Not only do I have protection without worry, but this protection plan covers everything I purchase from Best Buy. It covers phones, tv's, appliances and just gives me a peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about it.
