The service is great. I've just taken my broken screen back for repair. Best Buy can not fix it right away and offer refund to the original amount that I paid minus the service fee. I had the phone for a year. I don't think anyone can beat BestBuy protection offer.

I buy all my electronics from the local Best Buy. The customer service is excellent, kind, and courteous. The sales team is very knowledgeable. Mostly, the extended warranties do get honored. I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Protection.

Does everything you would expect, the built-in stylus is a bonus. If you handed me the phone and me not knowing it was a less than $300 smartphone I would assume you paid double.
