I decided to add the monthly Best Buy Protection to a higher priced purchase and I’m glad I did. Setup was easy and I like that it bills monthly instead of hitting you all at once. The big selling point for me was accidental damage coverage since that’s usually what ends up happening in real life. Everything is managed right in your Best Buy account, which makes it feel pretty straightforward. Only downside is that if you keep it the full 24 months, the total cost can add up more than you think. For smaller or cheaper items I probably wouldn’t bother, but for something expensive that I use every day, it feels like cheap insurance.

I am loving my new bObsweep vacuum. It has made life easier and more convenient for me. I don’t have time to vacuum daily, and with having pets, things can get messy quickly. My dog sheds constantly, and my new robot vac keeps up with it. I didn’t realize when I got it that there were 3 different suction levels which I find really cool allowing me to run it at a lower level when I need it to be a bit more quiet. It picks up all the fur as well as feathers (and bird food) from my parrots, saving me and my back from having to be constantly bent over picking up messes. The phone app. works great, as well! It puts running my vac at my fingertips. Surprisingly, this vac does not bother my dog. My other vacs, brooms, stick mop, etc., all make her bark and go after them when I use them. For some odd reason, she is good with this vac and only barks at it occasionally. And lastly, it picks up all the dirt, leaves, etc., the men in my household trample inside. The self-emptying bin is a huge plus, sparing me from having to empty after every use. I’ve only used the mop feature one time. It was OK, but it took a very long time for the water compartment to dry after using, which did cause a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, I am very pleased and hope to have this vac for a very long time.

I’ve been using the Rexing R88 dash cam for a while now, and overall it’s a solid product. The video quality is very good both during the day and at night, and once it’s installed, it does its job well. The camera itself is compact and doesn’t interfere with my view while driving. My main drawbacks are with usability and power reliability. The camera has powered off on its own a few times, and the charging cable stopped working in under a month. I’m not sure if those two issues are related, but it’s worth mentioning. The biggest frustration for me is the user interface and video access. Connecting your phone isn’t very fluid—you have to manually go into the dash cam’s Wi-Fi settings before you can access videos, and the process feels quirky and clunky. Downloading footage isn’t very intuitive, and the UI could definitely use improvement. That said, once everything is connected and running, the dash cam performs well and delivers clear footage when you need it. With a smoother app experience and better power accessories, this would easily be a 5-star product.

Worth it's weight in platinum! I hadn't used my backup laptop in years, but it was a solid build. When I began to update the system, the laptop froze up. I took it to the Geek Squad, and they added the Protection to my order, to reduce the cost of the service. It felt like a scam. Boy, was I wrong! This coverage has paid for itself several times over, as Ryan has updated and repaired all of my tech, for the cost of the parts, as the protection/service plan covers everything. If you use the Geek Squad, ask for Ryan. If Ryan isn't there, comeback when he is, no exceptions

I have been through tons of earbuds trying to find the right balance between noise cancelling, call quality, sound quality and comfort. These are fantastic! I almost forget I am wearing them, calls are crystal clear and the microphones pick up my voice perfectly. Sound quality is unreal, are they a bit pricey, yes, but these will become the only earbuds you will ever use.

Being a Total Member is Awesome Now For Three Years it has already paid for itself. As you know they dont make appliances like they used to. Ive have had to use the total member uber warranty a few times . One being a dryer so that alone has paid for the membership. Thanks BestBuy you are Awesome.
