I am loving my new bObsweep vacuum. It has made life easier and more convenient for me. I don’t have time to vacuum daily, and with having pets, things can get messy quickly. My dog sheds constantly, and my new robot vac keeps up with it. I didn’t realize when I got it that there were 3 different suction levels which I find really cool allowing me to run it at a lower level when I need it to be a bit more quiet. It picks up all the fur as well as feathers (and bird food) from my parrots, saving me and my back from having to be constantly bent over picking up messes. The phone app. works great, as well! It puts running my vac at my fingertips. Surprisingly, this vac does not bother my dog. My other vacs, brooms, stick mop, etc., all make her bark and go after them when I use them. For some odd reason, she is good with this vac and only barks at it occasionally. And lastly, it picks up all the dirt, leaves, etc., the men in my household trample inside. The self-emptying bin is a huge plus, sparing me from having to empty after every use. I’ve only used the mop feature one time. It was OK, but it took a very long time for the water compartment to dry after using, which did cause a slight inconvenience. Otherwise, I am very pleased and hope to have this vac for a very long time.

Worth it's weight in platinum! I hadn't used my backup laptop in years, but it was a solid build. When I began to update the system, the laptop froze up. I took it to the Geek Squad, and they added the Protection to my order, to reduce the cost of the service. It felt like a scam. Boy, was I wrong! This coverage has paid for itself several times over, as Ryan has updated and repaired all of my tech, for the cost of the parts, as the protection/service plan covers everything. If you use the Geek Squad, ask for Ryan. If Ryan isn't there, comeback when he is, no exceptions

I feel the monthly Best Buy protection is worth it and a lot of ways. One of those ways is when you buy a piece of tech equipment geek squad helps you set it up and answers any questions and it’s all included within the protection free of extra charge. And if you have questions later on, you can still go back to the geek squad they can answer your questions and continue to work on an issue if there is one.

I bought this an a whim with very little research. I was out on location and needed a sound system and forgot my old iBoom at home. I went into BB and just did sampling of sound in store. This was on a very good sale and sounded very good compared to the others in the price range. Have lived with it now for a few weeks and its very handy in the house and sounds good for use with my computer or streaming from phone etc.. Bass is good, sound is fine for what I need it for etc.. being so portable is a plus. The side Very happy with purchase. The issue I have is the exposed side speakers that move and the membrane is very exposed to the elements and could be damaged.

Our son's Meta 2 stopped holding a charge so we took it in to it back in to Best Buy & since was still under warranty, customer service returned it, gave us a credit for it and upgraded it to the Meta 3 since the Meta was no longer available by applying the credit & paying the difference. They were very helpful & it was a very smooth process.

Over all my protection plans and everything I’ve had done in the unforgiving circumstances Best Buy will give you the best literally the best they have the best promotions, the best deals and the best of everything that you could have and they work with you and help you until the job is complete

I purchased the 1 year membership and can return items to the store without any hassle with the free 2 year warranty that is a benefit of the program. We buy electronic from here (I.e. phones, joycons video game systems, vacuums) and taking it back to the store is easy as pie. All Apple products have to be taken to Apple, for service and repair, all other items go back directly to Best Buy.

I was able to get all my warranties from a single yearly subscription and it's more than paid itself in pc repairs or geek squad consulting alone, the customer service is so his i feel like i make a friend nearly every time.

Got this for my 9 year old who has issues with his legs. He couldnt pedal a bike so we got this for him to learn to balance & be able to go with his friends. Within 2 hours he was driving all over the neighborhood. The battery life is very good & the app is great because you can limit the speed to as low as 4mph. The lights are a really nice added safety feature. It can be seen really well at night with the red led's under the deck. The 2 braking methods are also very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great scooter at a good price

I am also an international traveler, which was another reason why I wanted To invest in these. The opportunity to have built in translation has me super excited! Just got a 70" Samsung to replace my almost 5 year old unit because I got the warranty when I had it installed. Forgot all about it until they sent me a reminder my warranty was going to expire. Called them, voila, new tv including install.

The Best Buy Membership is the way to go if your the type of person that purchases a lot of tech and want to be protected. I feel like your Tech is a investment and should be protect and Best Buy hasn't let me down when a product failed or has issues. The team is always accommodating and professional giving a great overall, shopping experience. Highly recommended.

Great for any electronics, XBox/PS5/SWITCH (1/2)/PC controllers. Had to return a controller due to stick drift and got my money back. Also, issues with appliances and other rapid use electronics.
