Ok, now I know some will say, there is a ‘su****’ born every minute that buys a protection plan - then I am on the hook line and sinker BUT I have had to use a Best Buy Protection Plan once and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. The process was super easy. I called the number (I kept the receipt as I tape and in an envelope and put on the back/bottom with the protection plan info) of every device. Think In Case Emergency Look On The Bottom - LOL. They asked a few questions, walked me through the process. I did pay a small fee which is like any plan and it was resolved ASAP. I was able to go to the store and exchange. Highly Recommend as the one time you don’t have it, you will be crying that you don’t and the one time you do have it, you will be performing the Conga on the way to Best Buy.
