I like that it covers items I buy for two years. Yes it a little on the pricey side for a year. But I have saved at least $1300 for the year. If you are a frequent shopper then yes get it. Also have total member sales as well.

Best decision ever!! When products stop working just outside the warranty date, repair or replacement costs can become substantial. BBY product protection has saved me more than its value year over year. My microwave repair costs without the plan, $150.00 with the plan $0. My $359.00 toothbrush without the plan, a new $359.00 toothbrush. With the plan, it was $0. My $399.00 headphones, yeah, $60 because it was outside the initial coverage date. Instead, they gave me a gift card for a replacement. So, I purchased the new upgraded pair because they were on sale and still had extra money on the gift card. My sons constantly replacing gaming keyboards... $0. My mouse just stopped working, and instead of being upset that my $169 mouse stopped, I think, "No worries, I have the protection plan, I'm covered." Again, best decision ever!!

I have been using this machine for a little less than a year to help cut back on my Starbucks spending. Overall, the pods are not cheap, but they’re good once you find one that you enjoy. It’s quick and easy and a decent investment as I learn to make my drinks in a variety of ways. If I were to have a complaint, it would be that the lid gets dirty and either gets clogged or can’t read the barcode on the pods this causes it to not work (blinking red light). Cleaning under the lid resolves the issue, but is so random even when you regularly clean it that it can get quite frustrating. Especially if you’re trying to rush out the house and need to make a quick cup to go and voila, red light. Besides that I love the machine and think I’ll make a cup of something now.

Interesting but cool. I like how it’ll only protect my items for two years… what I don’t like is how on top of my $180 annual I pay $$$ for each item after two years to keep a Best Buy warranty.
