So now in order to get a GoPro taken care of under the Total Tech warranty, its a $50 service charge. Totally not worth spending $180 per year knly to have to spend $50 to get things serviced under “warranty”

Ive had this coffee maker for almost a year and we all love it. We can make different types of coffee cold or hot, I love that it also has its barista cup and it cleans itself! No taking off parts to wash the inside. When you're always on the go or busy this is a big plus. Also love the settings for how to make each type of coffee!

The guys at our local store, talked us into purchasing Total Tech one day when we exchanged an item. For years, we purchased $30 insurance/ items. That, inevitably, things would break when we were broke. So, we always had to have th $30 to have it covered. With total tech, if you purchase 8 items/ year that will need to be replaced ir upgraded. You are doing yourself a huge favor. LFG!

I highly recommend the 24 month protection plan. Last week our beloved Dyson cordless vacuum stopped working and we received a newer version to replace it. Pays for itself!

Having had to use the projection service numerous times for appliances and technology. It has paid for itself. We keep the elite membership, so all purchases get protection, but at a minimum, I would add it to any appliance or expensive electronics purchase.
