My Dad has dementia. I purchased the protection originally for my daughter’s new laptop for college. After the 3rd PC I bought for my parents due to viruses ect bc my Dad gets into “trouble” with scammers, I bought 1last one , Webroot and put it on my Best Buy protection. I’ve had to call many times and have them remotely fix what he has messed up. He literally used to be a rocket scientist. So he is a brilliant man with an evil disease and that combo has reaped havoc on his computers. However I don’t stress anymore. I call Best Buy customer service and they fix it and even help me and more safety features for him. Thank you Best Buy!!!!!

I have used the Best Buy Protection Plan for many of the products i have purchased from Best Buy and feel that this is a wonderful Protection Plan and well worth the money paid. They fixed problems with my HP Laptop and upgraded it, fixed my smartphone, gave me a new battery backup for my phone when the first one was not charging my phone.

We had one issue with a product, and we brought it back, no questions asked. Given the choice, I would rather buy from Best Buy than some of the better know brands at their name brand stores, why, because i get yhe 2 year warranty included. Given the choice, I’m buying the same brand product, usually at a better price, and i dont have to pay more for the warranty coverage.

If you buy any amount of stuff from best buy, you gotta get a Total membership. I have had it for.many years. The bemefits are truly worth it. Fix your computer. Extended warranties. 60, i said, 60 day returns, swap out a defective product. Price match. 24/7 tech support. Special sales, early access, other incentives like some dollars off bonus certificates from purchases. For me, its the best thing Best Buy sells. It has worked well.

I bought this because I was having a lot of issues with my 3D printer and Best Buy has exchanged it out about four different times and then I finally upgraded to a better model I'm so happy I got this instead of trying to deal with the manufacturer's warranty which was pretty much useless
