The geek squad will help you resolve. Any issues having to do with any purchases from the store can be resolved through this program instead of using the manufacture warranty.

I had bought a corsair rgb 360 cooler last year and It didn't work. I didn't have the correct connector and didn't want to wait for corsair to ship me one. Took it back and exchanged it for an nzxt which I installed flawlessly. Best buy has amazing customer service the people there are so nice and knowledgeable, i have asked some very difficult and kind of obscure questions and they have the answers. And if they dont, they help you find a solution. I buy all my pc parts from best buy and have never had any issues caused by them.

My Dad has dementia. I purchased the protection originally for my daughter’s new laptop for college. After the 3rd PC I bought for my parents due to viruses ect bc my Dad gets into “trouble” with scammers, I bought 1last one , Webroot and put it on my Best Buy protection. I’ve had to call many times and have them remotely fix what he has messed up. He literally used to be a rocket scientist. So he is a brilliant man with an evil disease and that combo has reaped havoc on his computers. However I don’t stress anymore. I call Best Buy customer service and they fix it and even help me and more safety features for him. Thank you Best Buy!!!!!

The Best Buy protection plan was worth every penny it pretty much paid for itself being that our dryer actually stopped working after having it for about a month. I got on the website chatted with an agent and they went ahead and set up a new dryer to be delivered and they took the old one. Its definitely worth every penny in my book.
