Bringing my old laptop device to recovery my files which are very important to me. My device was outdated and the company is no longer makes the brand any longer. However they were able to down load my information on the hard drive and recommended a company that I could use to retrieve my files and photos. They are very good at what they do. Also, had another device which they were able to retrieve the files. And the other files were on iCloud which I can retrieve myself. They get the job done you just have to be patient.

I love the many products you offer as well as your knowledgeable staff. You have great hours in great locations. I also love the fact that you offer services to repair your electronics. Keep up the great work.

just wanted to share how happy I am with the monthly Best Buy Protection Plan. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that if anything happens to my device, I’m covered. The monthly payments are affordable, and the protection is well worth it for the added security and support. What I appreciate most is how easy the process is—signing up took minutes, and everything was clearly explained. I like that the plan includes things like accidental damage protection, battery replacement, and even technical support. I haven’t had to file a claim yet, but just knowing that I’m covered in case something goes wrong really helps. I’ve had great experiences with Best Buy in the past, and this plan just adds another reason to keep coming back. Haven't had to use service but one time. I had no problem contacting them and setting up a home appointment. They ordered the part that was needed replaced it with a new one. It was in a very timely manner service guy was respectful knowledgeable and I thank you. I like knowing that that service is there. Like I said I only had to use it one time and that was about a year and a half ago. Also I like that in a future purchase, it is covered under the same... Warranty.

Over the past year, I’ve made several purchases from Best Buy—from tech essentials like Apple AirTags, wireless headphones, and a stylus, to home electronics like an air purifier and mini projector. Every product has performed as expected or better. What really keeps me coming back is how easy the in-store pickup process is and how knowledgeable the staff are. On more than one occasion, they’ve helped me choose the right item for my needs—especially with headphones and accessories. I appreciate the Geek Squad, they do excellent repair, and maintenance of laptops, on time. I am confident that the work is the best you can get. These guys are knowledgeable and passionate about providing the highest quality outcome. They are proactive and informative, providing up to date status on software and application features. They partner with each other and with the customer to obtain direction on how they should proceed.

Fortunately I have not had to use the extended protection as none of the items I purchased have failed or needed it but I appreciate the additional Best Buy Protection on products I purchase from Best Buy.

The Geek Squad team members provide excellent service in every area! The return policy as a member is excellent! Although, I believe loyal repeat members should receive a discount as an incentive and reward to sign up for the next. I usually buy and use the Geek Squad at the Dadeland Station, this store is exceptional from the front desk great area, employee sales personnel to the Geek squad members.

The ordering process was great did it middle of night to solve an urgent lack of TV crisis for my 93 Year old Mom and me her daughter and even was willing to change location due to us not needing to get out in the rain.thanks for the ability to do this online it has been very helpful

The Greek Squad knows their stuff. Anything from water damage to drops to it just stopped working. And if they can't fix it, they'll give you a replacement or a Best Buy card for what you paid for it, so you can find something similar to replace it with. My biggest issue is usually getting an appointment at some of the busier locations. They don't always have enough staff.

We purchase all of our electronic items at Best Buy because of this program. We have had to replace a tablet 3 times due to damage and the process is seamless.

Best Buy-the name says it all. The service they provide is incredible, I couldn’t believe how simple to deal with Best Buy, how predictable their customer service is and that they are an exception to the fear that the extended service deal is a gamble. Best Buy has been there when I needed them.

The hassle free support is priceless and the representatives are always cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. I've had great experiences with the reps in answering questions, providing unbiased advice and providing adjustments when the prices change for a recently purchased item.
