I have used the Best Buy Protection Plan for many of the products i have purchased from Best Buy and feel that this is a wonderful Protection Plan and well worth the money paid. They fixed problems with my HP Laptop and upgraded it, fixed my smartphone, gave me a new battery backup for my phone when the first one was not charging my phone.

I received this for being a Best Buy total member. I love the best buy total membership as I use it so often especially for free geek, squad support, and data transfers. It has paid for itself.

We had one issue with a product, and we brought it back, no questions asked. Given the choice, I would rather buy from Best Buy than some of the better know brands at their name brand stores, why, because i get yhe 2 year warranty included. Given the choice, I’m buying the same brand product, usually at a better price, and i dont have to pay more for the warranty coverage.

If you buy any amount of stuff from best buy, you gotta get a Total membership. I have had it for.many years. The bemefits are truly worth it. Fix your computer. Extended warranties. 60, i said, 60 day returns, swap out a defective product. Price match. 24/7 tech support. Special sales, early access, other incentives like some dollars off bonus certificates from purchases. For me, its the best thing Best Buy sells. It has worked well.

Have had this for a number of year. Considered not getting this year.. and then had an issue with my computer that the techs could fix remotely. We no longer have a local Best Buy and I don't drive out of town. Would have been a problem to get it fixed.

Its a great bonus when you become a 179 dollar geek squad member. Just the geek squad services alone is worth far more then the charge and the double the length to 2 years on buyer orotection is just icing on the cake.

Love love love the protection plan. I basically buy all my electronics and small appliances from here. I love that when my kids ever damage their tablets we just exchange for another on the spot! I even buy all my gifts and I let my family know their gift is covered under my plan! Love me a gift that comes with free protection lol.

I have ALWAYS gotten the Best Buy warranty on everything we buy at Best Buy! The total tech membership is amazing. The customer service and ease of use of the warranty are superior to all other coverages I have purchased in the past. I bought the Home Depot warranty on our appliances and it was absolute junk! I started buying all of our electronics and appliances at Best Buy. Best decision I’ve ever made! PLUS you get exclusive savings and deals as a member. I absolutely love it!!

I bought this because I was having a lot of issues with my 3D printer and Best Buy has exchanged it out about four different times and then I finally upgraded to a better model I'm so happy I got this instead of trying to deal with the manufacturer's warranty which was pretty much useless

I love the warranty, when it stopped working I took it to Best Buy and they placed order to receive replacement at home within a couple of day!

Bringing my old laptop device to recovery my files which are very important to me. My device was outdated and the company is no longer makes the brand any longer. However they were able to down load my information on the hard drive and recommended a company that I could use to retrieve my files and photos. They are very good at what they do. Also, had another device which they were able to retrieve the files. And the other files were on iCloud which I can retrieve myself. They get the job done you just have to be patient.
