Love love love the protection plan. I basically buy all my electronics and small appliances from here. I love that when my kids ever damage their tablets we just exchange for another on the spot! I even buy all my gifts and I let my family know their gift is covered under my plan! Love me a gift that comes with free protection lol.

It’s nice to protect your stuff when you buy it from Best Buy any time for four years you can change or repair. It’s like your home. And it’s affordable.

I bought this because I was having a lot of issues with my 3D printer and Best Buy has exchanged it out about four different times and then I finally upgraded to a better model I'm so happy I got this instead of trying to deal with the manufacturer's warranty which was pretty much useless

Bringing my old laptop device to recovery my files which are very important to me. My device was outdated and the company is no longer makes the brand any longer. However they were able to down load my information on the hard drive and recommended a company that I could use to retrieve my files and photos. They are very good at what they do. Also, had another device which they were able to retrieve the files. And the other files were on iCloud which I can retrieve myself. They get the job done you just have to be patient.

I’m very satisfied with the Best Buy Protection plan. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that my purchase is covered in case of unexpected issues. The coverage is clear and comprehensive and the process of getting help is straightforward and hassle-free.

Well, my review is absolutely worth reading! About two months ago I decided to make my journey back into school to get certified in my field of study as a vet tech, that came with needing a reliable source of technology that I could Rely on. However, buying protection plans, apple care plus and making a decision to further better myself was a huge MISTAKE. I was compromised by a hacker and apple care plus as well as my protection plan has not stood by their policy as far as protecting the consumer and its privacy rights as a whole. I am completely locked out of my Mac air that I have purchased from Best Buy as an apple consumer. I’ve nearly spent over 1,700 on my computer and protection for absolutely the opposite outcome that I NEED for my future. Taking into consideration my complaint, I have no problem saying I LOVE BEST BUY and its staff at any store. Geek squad included. I really could use this gift card to now buy a new computer for school as I am being told after 3 months of tech support with apple and geek squad they cannot do anything further. They’ve worked endlessly on finding the best outcome for this situation. As I have limited funds for a new computer. I surely need some help with this. So please take my loyalty, respect, and highly appreciated support for your company in reliable software and hardware and help me reach my goal in my career as well as the deserving aspect of the 400$ gift card. Me an my family have been loyalty customers for over 15 years and this has been my only problem. But you have thousands of people who rely on YOU as a provider for our businesses, personal use, school etc technology. Please help lol You ROCK BESTBUY!

I love the warranty, when it stopped working I took it to Best Buy and they placed order to receive replacement at home within a couple of day!

As stated in another review. Best buy has been our go to electronics provider for the last fifteen plus years. I find their staff incredibly helpful. The riverdale store and ogden has some of the best employees of any of the best buys.We've been to.

Every product has performed as expected or better. What really keeps me coming back is how easy the in-store pickup process is and how knowledgeable the staff are. On more than one occasion, they’ve helped me choose the right item for my needs—especially with headphones and accessories. The availability, convenience, and consistently fair pricing make Best Buy my first stop for anything tech. I highly recommend them for both big and small purchases.

Highly recommend getting the protection from Best Buy. I don’t get it at other places because it’s a hassle to use it. But here they make it simple.

Haven't had to use service but one time. I had no problem contacting them and setting up a home appointment. They ordered the part that was needed replaced it with a new one. It was in a very timely manner service guy was respectful knowledgeable and I thank you. I like knowing that that service is there. Like I said I only had to use it one time and that was about a year and a half ago. Also I like that in a future purchase, it is covered under the same... Warranty.

Best Buy Protection provides protection and insures if something goes wrong, I will be protected.

I appreciate the Geek Squad, they do excellent repair, and maintenance of laptops, on time. I am confident that the work is the best you can get. These guys are knowledgeable and passionate about providing the highest quality outcome. They are proactive and informative, providing up to date status on software and application features. They partner with each other and with the customer to obtain direction on how they should proceed.

The program has saved me several times in a year. It is worth it for me. I purchase several machines a year. Printers and pc’s

It is very convenient. Whenever I buy an electronic or device, I don’t have to buy a plan or insurance for it.

The Geek Squad team members provide excellent service in every area! The return policy as a member is excellent! Although, I believe loyal repeat members should receive a discount as an incentive and reward to sign up for the next. I usually buy and use the Geek Squad at the Dadeland Station, this store is exceptional from the front desk great area, employee sales personnel to the Geek squad members.

The Protection Plan is the best. We had a wheel fall off on our dishwasher and we we able to replace the dishwasher ver easily. We purchase everything from Best Buy because of the Protection Plan.
