For the three major appliances we bought, (2 refrigerators and a dishwasher) the extended protection plans are well worth the price

The Greek Squad knows their stuff. Anything from water damage to drops to it just stopped working. And if they can't fix it, they'll give you a replacement or a Best Buy card for what you paid for it, so you can find something similar to replace it with. My biggest issue is usually getting an appointment at some of the busier locations. They don't always have enough staff.

No other place I’d rather buy my tech just because of the Best Buy total plan always so helpful and easy

Being a total tech member has always paid for itself in either discounts, rewards, or extended warranty replacement items. The protection plan lasts two years on most items and is worth it to me.

Excellent investment if you plan to purchase any piece of electronic equipment from a c cord to a television. The hassle free support is priceless and the representatives are always cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. I've had great experiences with the reps in answering questions, providing unbiased advice and providing adjustments when the prices change for a recently purchased item.

I purchased a dash camera and it just stopped working abiut 8 months later. They discontinued that model so got the full purchase price i paid

The ordering process was great did it middle of night to solve an urgent lack of TV crisis for my 93 Year old Mom and me her daughter and even was willing to change location due to us not needing to get out in the rain.thanks for the ability to do this online it has been very helpful
