I love I bought the Best buy protection plan, it paid for it self with a few purchases and it gives me in store discounts and free warranty on purchases.

No matter the purchase, when I have the ability to purchase an item at Best Buy I will because of my Best Buy Total rewards membership. The accident protection is the best value add in retail.

Mostly a great thing. Sometimes the things that go wrong are not covered so that is only issue with it. The exclusions. But as with everything, it can break. So just peace of mind to a degree.

I could have never figured out how to transfer files and data to my new computer if it wasn’t for the warranty. Well worth the money. I only wished that the experts on the phone spoke proper English. Most were ok but a few I had to ask for another representative.

The Best Buy Product Protection Plan is excellent if you are a consistent shopper at Best Buy. Most items purchased can be replaced or repaired. It is more than worth the price.

The thch that helped to set up my new computer did an outstanding job. However, when I went back to have the eamil address book set up, I was told by another tech they would not set up anything that required a password. But, they set up the Microsoft account, that required a password.

Just Get Geek Squad! You won't regret it. I travel a lot, and they are always available via chat or on the phone to help with everything (except hardware issues). But whenever I have a hardware issue they graciously fix it. They also set up a new laptop for me that I purchased online. I've saved thousands of dollars over the 11+ years I've had Geek Squad protection!

Worry free security. Haven’t had to use it, but it’s nice to know it’s there if need it.

I had bought an electronic item that was not working but had it on the product protection less than a day and they let me know I can exchange the item and took off of old protection for new one. Glad I had it protected for just those times when you need it the most.

I get this free as a Total tech member, and I buy nearly all my tech at Best Buy so the free coverage more than pays for my membership.
