    It is a great battery and it charges my phone super fast but the max you can charge is 1 device and the previous version you could charge 3

    I really wanted to love this item. I fell for the sale price and quick delivery. I had an HP all in one which served me well for 11 years. I spent a few hours researching items and chose this model. When I opened it up, I was slightly hesitant due to the size and just the slight nature of it, but I was hopeful. It was time-consuming and difficult to set up, the printing was slow and immediately started having problems with invisible paper jams". I am returning it. I don't have tremendous faith in the new model I have selected, as it seems that most printers aren't made to last these days. I have a family member going on his third printer in one year. Quality, a thing of the past...? Looking for: One quality printer that can stand the test of time. Not looking to make another printer purchase, hopefully forever. Color doesn't matter. No one night prints. Only long-term printing.

    So i got this thing that i purchased 2 months ago, i dont really know what i got. Could this be for the warranty? I dont know. Its not bad, but its not great its just, well idk what it is, the picture will will explain better

    Epson XP-5200 Adventures

    The Epson XP-5200 is a great printer if you like having to purchase ink after the first 2 print jobs. It’s also a wonderful piece of machinery if you enjoy constantly having to clean printer heads. I would also recommend this printer if you enjoy having to update your firmware every time you want to print something. Additionally, and this is really the reason you should purchase this printer; if you enjoy having to spend your day at Best Buy stores because your printer committed seppuku immediately after installing the latest firmware. No piece of technological machinery has ever brought me more joy, than the Epson XP-5200. Please be sure to enjoy your printing experience as much as I have!

    This portable charger has been working great for me, but it just stopped charging 3 months after purchase. I’m yet to pursue warranty because it has a one year warranty coverage. I hope this won’t be a challenge claiming it.

    I have 4 Arlo pros and decided to try the doorbell. I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The screens are never clear and usually consist of a grey or green screen. There have been a few times we can see a photo, but it's just that, a photo. No video because it glitches so bad. Not one single video is viable. I ended up setting up one of my pros right above it and it's been working just fine, along with my other 3 cameras which only tells me there's is something faulty with toe doorbell itself.

    The service at this store was unacceptable. Nothing promise was carried out. We ask for a Best Buy tech to install equipment and you sent a contractor who did not complete the job correctly. I have been a long time customer of Best Buy, but this is the poorest service I have ever received.

    My 82 yr old father has dementia. He is obsessed with the computer and unfortunately the internet. He literally was a scientist who created rocket propellant, ect for Desert Storm. I only say that to express the brilliance that’s locked up in his mind so to speak. Do he’s there but he’s not, and is INCREDIBLY BORED! Thank you Best Buy for offering this warranty. I originally bought it bc my daughter started college and of course needed all of the electronics to take with her. We all know how the warranty paid for itself just with the college situation. Then after buying my Parents 3rd set of computers refurbished for obvious reasons reasons Ingot fed up, bought them 2 brand new ones. Best Buy helped me put every possible protection on Dads computer in attempt to help me with “operation protect Dad”, however when he locked it up after the 2nd day of having it they were so helpful they took control remotely with my supervision and complete permission of course undid everything he did. (Lord only knows how!), net thing about it … it did t cost a thing. They spent a couple hours that night helping me. They were so kind, compassionate and patient. Completely understand if of th situation and for that reason and that reason only I will keep the warranty and remain a loyal customer and advocate of Best Buy until given a reason not to. I don’t foresee that happening ! Thank you Best Buy!!

    I've had this mug for nearly a year and I love it. I poured myself a coffee a few hours ago and then went out grocery shopping with the kids. Now as I am putting away the groceries, I found the mug sitting on its coaster - hot and perfect. It's like a friend occasionally reaching into my life saying "Hey pal, I thought you could use a perfect cup of coffee. Hang tf in there, okay?" If that happening 1 time is worth $1, then this device has paid for itself multiple times. My wife and I make a big pour over in the morning and thanks to this mug I drink the whole carafe and I never have to use the microwave. I just top myself off. The battery is just about long enough to keep me piping hot for the whole drive to the office. By the time I get there I usually need to set it on the coaster. I'm not going to lie, it's over-priced. Wait for a sale, use a gift card, etc. But I feel I'm taking tremendous value by enjoying these small enhancements to my life. I see some people talking about the coating flaking off and this hasn't happened to me, but I understand that nothing lasts forever. Sometimes the app takes a bit to connect - no big deal. All in all I'm way happier with a smart mug than I ever anticipated.
