We use the Geek Squad for technical issues, at least eight times a year. The problems we have encountered with our computers are wide ranging, some simple, some complex in either case, the Geek Squad has always performed at a level of excellence that most others don’t. We have not had one instance with the Geek Squad has not solved our problem. That says it all.

There was a man, Patrick, I believe. He is the best of the best at Greenville, NC Geek Squad. I was having an issue and was fed up. I came in hot ready to argue. In less than a minute he had me feeling great and confident in his ability to fix my issue. He fixed the issue swiftly, completely and beyond satisfaction. And he was patient and understanding.
