I give this service warranty a 5 star rating. From small electronics to large appliances it doesnt matter what the issue is, Best Buy Total Tech Care, always there to fix or replace the item. I have never had any issues like other store warranty departments. I promise you that for the small Annual Fee that you pay, there is much more value in the security of knowing you are in goods hands when have this covetage protection.

This service is a win-win and provides real peace of mind knowing your devices are covered. If any issues come up, you can simply call or start a chat, and a technician can diagnose the problem remotely. For larger appliances, they’ll even send someone out to take a look in person. Overall, it’s a great product to have for added protection and convenience.

I have several iteams on my warranty so I like having one warranty that covers everything I buy from Best Buy on one warranty. I like that it automatically puts new iteams on the warranty. I have only had to use it a couple of times. Service was complete and not too long to have my iteam fixed or in the case it could not be fixed, it was replaced.

Wow this was the best I ever had. Great noise cancelling from people noticing sounds im on the phone with and cancels noises around me especially when driving. Great sound quality and last all day on battery charges super quick like 30 min or less. Fits well in my ear. I really have no complaints. I had to get some sort of case to help me not lose it. Unfortunately it recently fell out of my bag and I lost it and my app was in sleep mode so I cant locate it now. That's a complaint against me lol. Now I have to buy another pair its been 9 month's and has done me so well. Im so mad I lost it I really am.

Comes in handy and the staff is very accomdating. When something doesn't work proper they are more than happy to take it back and either upgrade or get you a new one. Also no worries, in the tech world today everything is so new , nice to have them to help you. I like this feature from best buy.

If you buy tech offen and somthing goes wrong, your going to want Best Buy protection. It gives you more time to use and return products if it is not to your liking and if the product breaks you can get it replaced no problem. Best Buy protection has saved me time and money on multiple occasions.

Since being bestbuy total member my dashcam Rexing R4 stayed on even after turning off car and since being member I had 2yr warranty which enabled me to get the newer Rexing RD4 model. And was on special so got difference back. Process was easy

When I needed help, Best Buy came to my rescue. I had purchased a very expensive refrigerator and had problems with it. They even got the factory rep to come out and take a look at it and it could not be fixed. I received a new refrigerator. They went above and beyond. I now buy things at Best Buy so that I can keep things covered.

I would have had to live with a crashed new iMac 5 weeks after I bought it had not been for my Best Buy membership…. I have had to take my iMac to the store 3 times since my purchase just a year ago due to learner mishaps Best Buy covered everything!! It would have cost me $99 for visit and that’s without any repairs. I will continue to purchase my yearly membership!

Bring in your device(s) every day if you want to for a check up or as little as you desire. This protection gives a true piece of mind. While it is only as good as those who provide the service, it is worth it. And note that you get additional discounts on future purchases when you have Best Buy Protection... kind of like AAA membership and discounts on other services!
I’m really happy I chose to add Best Buy Protection to my purchase. Having extra coverage and support available gives me confidence when buying electronics, especially for devices I use every day. So far it’s been a great experience

The good thing is that cools fast both top and bottom and the convenience of separate doors. It fits right in the living space of the attic.
