I'm glad to have a protection plan on my new computer & monitor (name brand), but it comes with a caveat. You have to have a Best Buy annual membership to have the protection. I've had a membership for several years as I had an old computer that needed repairs. Had hoped not to renew it this year but had to for the protection & will need to again next year for 2nd year of warranty. Doesn't really feel like a good deal unless something goes horribly wrong with my new, brand name computer.

It’s a life saver, just when you think you don’t need it life comes around and smacks you in the face with it. It’s soo easy to use and hassle free, if something happens they always make sure to solve the problem the best they can. So far I’ve never left the store disappointed if a problem ever occurred.

There is one scam that will shut your computer down completely...the Geek squad told me how to eliminate that scam...worth every penney paid.

These phones have been great. The 3 are placed around our house which makes them easily acceptable. I appreciate that we can delete calls from one which affects all three. And I love that they have such a large blocking capacity which is important these days.

IF you are buying multiple products from Best Buy, this plan is an excellent one to have, as it saves buying an extended warranty with every product. It even covers Apple Care for two years after a purchase. So with an Iphone, a MACAir, an Ipad and a monitor, the plan is very helpful. anything that you buy is covered for the warranty period that you would have to purchase separately.
