Best protection plan I used it twice I’m glad I bought it

I purchased this arcam open box from best buy. I brought it home and fired it up and it gave me an error code. I went back to the store and they tried to force me to take store credit or an inferior product. I mean a GIFT CARD, come on??? I informed them that per my total tech protection, I wanted it sent in for repair, and they said that the "system" would not allow them to send it in for repair. Totally unacceptable. What is the point of a total tech protection plan then?? Ultimately, they gave me a refund, but now I'm back where I started and wasted a bunch of time dealing with them. Nothing but failed promises from best buy on all fronts. Selling broken receivers, terrible total tech coverage, and lies. I hope someone from Best Buy in Fredericksburg and Springfield, VA are reading this. Do better!!

I have received nothing but the run around from Best Buy support about this item I ordered this item and was told multiple times through support this would be shipped and I would receive this item on time and now I am in a bind and can’t get to someone that can help with the problem Do Not Order this item from Best Buy if you are depending on them to deliver on time and do not I want to speak to a supervisor immediately

The Samsung Q990C Soundbar is a harmoniously balanced audio system that delivers exceptional sound quality for both standard music listening and Dolby Atmos Music. Its immersive audio capabilities shine while watching movies or shows, creating a captivating experience that is further enhanced in a dark room with a large TV, providing a theater like experience. The Q990C truly excelled when I tested some of my favorite test scenes from Godzilla King of the Monsters, Tron, and Top Gun: Maverick, as it reveals layers of sound that enveloped me. The bass is rich and deep without being overwhelming and requires only minor adjustments (+1-2). By increasing the center channel to +4-5 and other levels to +2-3, the sound was optimized for my spacious great room setting. After making those adjustments I remembered the Q990c has spacefit sound which automatically adjusts levels to your space. Further settings and control options are available in the SmartThings app! Setting up the Q990C is a breeze, with the unboxing process taking longer than the actual installation. Simply connect power to each device and the HDMI to the eARC ports on the TV and soundbar. The soundbar can also process Dolby Atmos wirelessly, with no discernible difference in quality between wired and wireless connections. A standout feature exclusive to Samsung TV’s is Q-Symphony, which synchronizes both the TV and soundbar speakers to create an impressive 22 channels of audio when paired with my QN900B TV. This added to the overall immersive experience. In summary, the Samsung Q990C Soundbar is a true virtuoso in the realm of home audio. Boasting an elegant design, breathtaking sound, and effortless connectivity, it's a must-have for those seeking a cinematic audio experience at home. It surpasses its predecessor and other setups by leaps and bounds. However, there's room for improvement with the addition of a larger, more legible front screen, an upgraded USB-C solar remote, and the option to add a second subwoofer for balanced bass in larger spaces. While these suggestions would enhance the overall experience, they are by no means deal-breakers. This is arguably the best soundbar of 2023!

I've been sporting the ultra wides for at home gaming since their conception. I absolutly love them for both gaming and productivity. At work im on multiple 32" 4k monitors and i can't tell you how often i wished i had one at work. On the otherhand the vertical space and the 4k detail often make up for it. This beast is the best of both worlds. True the blacks dont go as deep as their smaller oled counterparts...but unless you're doing a side by side, you wont miss it when this thing envelopes you in its massive screen. The curve is just right for its size, about as close as you can get to wearing a high end vr without wearing a vr. Colors are great, it ticks all the boxes except price size and of course weight. Speaking of, you will need a heafty pole mount support to get this up off your desk to gain a little space for homework, and you'll need a very stout table top for that. In the end its all worth it, as there is nothing like it on the market. Obviously you will need a 5090 to take full advantage of it as well. I'm still on a 4090 and there are times when you have to dial down the features a bit when your pulling dual 4k, so taking advantage of the full 240hz speed isnt even a worry. I'm told the 5090 with dlss 4 can take advantage of it, and I think I believe it based on the difference between my 4080 and 5080 laptops on it with the right games, it does make a big difference. Dont get me wrong, you dont want to use a high end laptop with this monster to game, you'll be disapointed dialling things down, and it will be cooking the whole time. It's meant for the real performance only a desktop can provide. Like i said Indiana Jones will run at max, but you will get some lag, unless you dial it back a little, same with Cyberpunk, not much but a bit just to squash the annoyances. Speaking of needing speed, you can tade resolution and take full advantage of the display without missing a thing. I cant say enough great things about this thing.

The Best Buy service protection puts me at ease knowing my electronics are covered. My hope is to never have to use it but I'm happy to have the coverage.

Best Buy offers the absolute best protection plan on the market. I have never had any concerns with how Best Buy has handled a claim for a device this far and absolutely recommend purchasing this for peace of mind.

After researching Avr’s I found the RZ50 to be the best fit for what I was going to be using it for. It has a lot of bang for the buck!

Great for any electronics, XBox/PS5/SWITCH (1/2)/PC controllers. Had to return a controller due to stick drift and got my money back. Also, issues with appliances and other rapid use electronics.

Always resolving problems that I’ve had. I transfer from mac to windows for compatibility reasons on equipment. Just recently my pc was taken over by a scam claiming they were Microsoft. I called Best Buy and they walked me through re-establishing control of my pc. I couldn’t even use my mouse.

This is an excellent monitor that does it all. I am very happy with my purchase. I chose this over an ultra wide to use for xbox as well as PC. This monitor offers many additional features you may not need, but they are there.

Received the latest version of this monitor in November 2022, and it's impressive. The curve is a standout feature, though the expanded screen space takes some adjustment. While I'm unsure if it offers more productivity compared to a 34-inch, its visual appeal is undeniable. With my 3080Ti series GTX card, I'm not limited to 120hz, but have problems adjusting it to 240hz, but the display remains stunning. Minimal backlight bleed and vibrant colors are a plus. Assembly advice: closely follow the instructions, especially regarding the stand installation within the box. A sturdy screwdriver is a must, as securing the legs requires significant force. A drawback is the screen's forward-leaning position – possibly for stability – but it's a tad too close for my preference. The white rear color isn't to my liking as it contrasts with my black peripherals and desk. Yet, it's a minor gripe. The infinity lighting feature is a cool touch, although I wish it could integrate with my Razer setup. Currently, I set it to a static blue, which looks sleek. There are a few glitches with the screen, like the absence of g-sync flicker and occasional boot-up issues, which can be addressed with a mouse tap or power cycle. This might be a firmware or driver issue that I expect will be resolved. Despite these hiccups, I'm fond of the monitor and would rate it 5 stars. It transitions to 240hz with my 30 series card after but hopefull a nee potential driver update will correct this issue. I've had this monitor for over a year and its long-term frame build is good, it's holding up well. Thinking of getting the new version that just came out.
