The monitor quality is fantastic, I'm upgrading from an IPS Panel, 34" ultrawide with 165hz refresh rate. The clarity on this monitor is an upgrade and on this G8 the refresh rate of 175 hz is did help boost the FPS using an Nvidia RTX 3090 FE. - HDR I still have not figured out how to set up the oversaturated colors for greens, and whites, this is not really a problem it's more of personal preference. The problems I have encountered with this monitor that I did NOT have before is when the computer goes to sleep and I wake it up, the monitor does not start up right away, it thinks the computer is still asleep and forces me to shut off and restart the computer. While my PC is connected to speakers, the monitor has speakers decent for a monitor. But using the built-in smart features, the movie apps, xbox app, and basically any entertainment app on the monitor, the audio plays directly through the monitor speakers. This makes no sense. If you want all the bells and whistles of a smart tv and monitor this is a great monitor that offers both. If you want a monitor for use of a monitor. Save the money and buy another OLED.

I have been a Toto Tech member for three years now and luckily have not had to make any claims but it is nice to know that I can walk into my local store to have my purchase repaired at no cost or exchanged on the spot if something were to happen to it even accidentally.

Look, it is obvious they are offering to cover purchases in order to ensure you continue buying from Best Buy… but they also price match. Also, the geek squad support I have talked to three times now have been American twice and probably Indian once. I always have bought coverage to be able to replace my controller or headphones or tv if they break after the original warranty runs out. Best Buy has always been good about honoring their warranty and seem to be one of the last standing brick-and-mortar electronic stores left standing in the Nashville area. So, it is nice to help keep one of them around.
