I have the total tech membership so that includes a 2 year warranty automatically included for each product i purchase so that pays for itself as well. Both options are great and are worth the investment!

After 6 month our xbox elite controller stopped connecting to the computer. We took it in and they handed us a store credit for a brand new one. No hassle, no interrogation, just replaced it.

Granted due to where the crack is it took me a while to really confirm it was there as it blends in with the screen. When I brought it in I do understand that it was to long after buying it to be considered a defect out of the box but the cost to get the screen fixed was pretty high. It just kind of sad how much. I plan to price how much screen repair is without a protection plan.

This gave us a chance to have them come to our home for a consultation without missing out!
