I honestly did think they will replace the phone for a new one. Wow

After purchasing my new phone, I added on the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection. I haven't needed to use it yet, but it's a secure feeling knowing that if my phone has any issues (including a bad battery), Best Buy is there to repair it. I've had extended warranties with BB in the past and it helped replace a broken dishwasher at no cost. A great security blanket.

This is the second time I get the complete protection, and I am happy I did in the first time. In a random day, my old phone fell and hit the ground, shattering the screen. They were super fast in solving the problem for me.

My laptop broke and had physical damage. They couldn't fix the issue, but reimbursed me as per our agreement. No regrets and it was well worth it for the protection, especially for products like expensive computers or laptops

The agent did the installation perfectly ,though it takes like two time visit bcos my car need to be wire manually

I purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my cell phone never thinking I might actually need it. However, I was so glad to have it when my phone developed a screen problem and the Plan took care of it. I did have a deductible, but still saved a lot of money.

So glad I had this protection! The wife and I went on vacation to Central America, and as soon as got there her phone shorted out. Although, she had to go 7 weeks without using it, Best Buy replaced it, no questions asked, after determining it had no repair.

not needed to make a claim on damages but I've had a great experience w/extended warranties in the past and I trust the Geek Squad brand for the most part. Well worth it for fragile items w/ a decently high cost.

Geek squad is actually worth having, especially if you like to be ready for anything. I've dropped a phone before, had a defective phone that was really hard to tell unless it happened again etc this service has been good to me

I bought this plan without thinking. This plan is to replace my phone if anythong happens to it. But, they give you a refurbished phone. The last time i had to buy a new phone. The refurbished phone didn't work properly.

Bought my pixel 6 pro unlocked and love best buy offers a monthly option for a protection plan. Had it on my last phone too. Had an issue with the old note 20 ultra and they handled it quickly and treated me good.

Went in store to buy a phone. Clean store. Friendly staff. They didn't have the phone I wanted on display. It was good that I looked online, first. They quickly retrieved the phone from the back.

Bought this coverage when I bought new cell phone for my son. Eventually he accidentally dropped it and the screen shattered even though it had both a case and screen protector on it. I made a claim and after paying the reasonable deductible, a new phone was over-nighted to us and I then sent back the broken one. Very easy.

It happens. Once every ten years or so you will either lose your phone or have it break for some reason. This is great in that it covers full replacement and if they don't have one in stock they give you the monetary equivalent in a credit. I would hate to buy a phone and then have something happen to it a few weeks later so it is worth every penny.

Worth the value. Used it to replace a broken phone and no need to spend lots of money on a new phone. If your phone is easily broken, recommend you buy it for safe. And the Geek Squad service is good to help you replace a broken phone.

This coverage is not only good for a year but covers everything that the manufacturer does NOT cover. So, when you have a comprehensive service plan, you can feel safer.

Needed my computer screen repaired. Streamlined process, got back relatively quickly, but definitely much too expensive

If they had theft protection then I would never need anything else. Best Buy has the best policy for their protection plans. I have ear buds that have broken by my mistakes. They don't make fun of me, or give me any excuse. They just replace my item and charge me for a new protection plan. Thank you to the HARD working staff of BestBuy.

Had to make a claim on my phone when the towers stopped working. Went in and the guys had it taken care of in no time! Thankful for this protection
