I'm glad I purchased here at Best Buy. They always have quality merchandise. Geek squad really backs them up.

So much easier to have Geek Squad than getting insurance through my carrier. Always have to go through a list of obstacles, but the ease of Geek Squad is great.

I was charged over $200 on replacements for broken phones that were supposedly covered under the geek squad protection plan. The second time I went in, I waited over an hour despite making an appointment that I arrived on time for, only to be told that I had to come in the next day because the geek squad representative didn't enter the information correctly and couldn't correct the replacement that day. One of the employees that was helping me had to leave because his shift ended and he told me the replacement was free because the phone being replaced was less than 30 days from receipt, but the next employee told me that this was not possible. I got the sense that this was totally not worth it and that I could have just bought a new phone with the amount I spent on the protection plan and the replacements. The geek squad employees aren't able to repair the phone, all they can do is process replacements.

This is something I buy for all my expensive electronics. Bust buy all does a great job on the extended warranty. I have never felt like it's a waste

Anything goes wrong with your device, don't worry about it take it to the Geek Squad, they'll fix it quickly.

Nice to have expensive to use they charge you yet another fee to take care of the situation.

For larger purchases i would definitely recommend getting this coverage.

The extra warranty has come in handy..I had a issue with some Sony headphones and BESTBUY replaced them in the store..well worth it..
