Couldnt be happier with the Geek Squad Protection. I love that I can come get another phone if something happens with this one!

Fortunately, I have not had the need to use this guarantee, but I am calm and happy to have acquired it.

i love this warrantee buy it for everything i purchase at best buy. Sometimes i only buy at best buy for this warranty.

2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection GOOD, BUT CAUSE TOO MUCH

I have always bought phones from Best buy and they don't take long to either repair or replace your cellular device.

The agent was able to fix my phone and my needs nicely

I usually get protection from Geek that I find a little expensive. Hopefully it won't need to be used.

Always best to be safe than sorry. Bought just for a year to make sure nothing was wrong when first purchased

Assume the Geek Squad service will be as good as the in store service.

Haven't needed to use this but its always good to have insurance.

I would 100% recommend GeekSquad because it can take care of whatever you've bought and take care of the problem .

Great purchase through the app! Great selection of phones and great price on Moto G7 Plus. Only when the phone showed up, instead of a Moto G7 Plus, I received a "white label variant" called a Revvlry Plus. Looking at reviews for the Moto G7 Plus, it appears I'm not the only one who received a rebranded T-MOBILE "exclusive". All in all not a bad deal, as I couldn't find any discernable difference between the phones. The issue came when I went to Best Buy to use the insurance purchased with the phone when the screen was broken. I was first told that I couldn't be helped because there was no way to determine if the phone I received from BestBuy.com, through the app was the phone I was there to have serviced. I showed the young man helping me the reviews, on their own website, where customers had complained about receiving the Revvlry Plus instead of Moto G7 Plus. I showed him Google articles explaining why this had happened and how they are basically the same phone, and that's why they were being sent out that way. He believed me but was still reluctant to help me because the phone lacks any kind of serial number, as the back cannot be removed, to verify my purchase of it. After asking to speak to a manager multiple times throughout our conversation(who never made an appearance to speak to a very upset customer), I was told that I could use the service I paid for with the phone, I would be sent a new phone(it was actually a Moto G7 Plus this time), but there would be no guarantee that I wouldn't be charged the full $200 value of the phone, after an investigation of my insurance claim. THE PHONE ONLY COST ME $175. It's been some time now, so I don't believe I will be charged, but I will update my review, if possible, to show final result of this ordeal.
