After paying $10 a month for almost a year i had a issue with my phone screen not working properly and they wanted to just replace the whole phone which was $200 plus additional fees. They need to be more clear on that you would have to pay half or more then half the phones cost just to get a screen repair, i could have my screen repaired for less elseware and not have to pay $10 a month.

Geek squad are the best help ever. I recommend getting it for each purchase

I have not ever had to reason to use it so I really don’t know how good judge it. Seems like a lot to pay and not never needing it just goes to waste. Maybe to keep it for a short while to you sure everything works all right

Didn't do much to help when phone was stolen, was able to help when phone screen broke but still charged us a lot of money to fix not really worth it for cell phones

The cost is well worth it . The device is very expensive and not cheap to replace , well worth it.
