Overall good protection, unfortunately with Galaxy the screen is not covered, so does require phone replacement.

I contemplated getting the insurance plan offered by my carrier, but I felt more comfortable with the best buy team. So far haven't made a claim, but I'll update with that interaction if it comes.

Geek Squad provides excellent customer service and support it regardless of the problem. They are willing to address and resolve issues quickly whether you walk-in or have an appointment.

Geek squad protection is cheaper then my cell phone providers 8nsuramce, and the deductible is also slightly lower. Absolutely worth it!

I got Geek Squad protection on my new phone as I recently cracked the screen on my 8 month old laptop, and it cost me $500 to repair it as I did not have the protection.. Lesson learned!

I bought this after coming from the last version of the plan, which had no service fee for the same cost per month. It wasn't until doing some research that I realized now that it will cost me $150 per phone per repair/replacement should I need one. All in all it is technically cheaper than the option though AT&T in regards to the service fee but now I just know I need to be extra careful because I don't want to shell out $150 for a phone i'm still technically paying for.

I have always been happy with Geek Squad coverage. Even though I have used it only once in my lifetime of having phones and that was because of the operating system not damage.

I bought this warranty that is a lot cheaper than the one that usually comes with the phone service. I haven't had to use it yet..

Hoping I jist,have to pay the monthly fee and never have to use it.....protection plans are worth the payment and never actually use it. Hahaha

I have brought the same laptop in three times for different issues and it has been repaired each time with no extra cost. Might sound expensive when purchased, but it is worth it.

Really easy to sign up for, I haven't had to use this yet luckily, but I like that it automatically comes out of my account every month.

We have had the insurance through AT&T on previous phones that is such a hassle, the protection offered by Best Buy is the whole reason why we purchased the phone from them this time.

I haven't had to use this yet, but from what I have read this is a good insurance policy to have in case your phone is destroyed.

I purchased this insurance because I want to be covered in case anything happens to my phone. If it goes out, I won't have to shell out big bucks for a new one. I'm covered!

In the past my wife has had great service and explanation by Geek Squad. Hopefully I will not have to worry about using this service but if I do I am sure it will be great.

My son dropped my wife's phone yesterday and screen cracked. Went into Best Buy and replaced it the same day. No hassles. Staff at the store was great with awesome service.
