I always get the Geek Squad protection which is better than the service provider's insurance because G.S. replaces with a new phone if necessary.

Haven't needed to use it yet, but had to in the past on a couple other products and it was well worth it.

I used this with my last cell phone and was thrilled to get a battery replaced when I was prepared to purchase one. It was a no brainer to get it again.

From the sounds and looks of the contract it looks like a lot more coverage and protection for our phones

My first phone shattered and they replaced it. I had them put a shield on the phone. They did it fast and I've not had a problem with it since.

I continued my insurance through Best Buy on my new phone. They replaced a battery on my old phone for free. I haven't had any issues with this service.

I highly suggest you purchase this plan for any item. Specifically for cell phones, as the carriers want outrageous fees and replacement costs.

Cost The same as the big cell phone companies with half the deductible. No refurbished phones here gets replaced with a Brand-new phone .

So far I really like this phone, dont seem to have any issues with it, although the last update was a little wonky. Quality of pictures are very good.

With zero deductible fast easy mail service this is the most comprehensive and helpful phone insurance that exists in the marketplace today

Had a problem with my phone and had to use my Geek Squad protection. Took 2.5 and I was told to go home and call an 800 number. When I got home and called it they told me to go back to the store...the store should have given me a new phone, as it was less than 2 months old. Felt I got the runaround at the store. But when I went back it was resolved quickly.

While I haven't had to use it for this purchase yet, I have had to use a Geek Squad protection for other things and it has been great.

Purchased a warranty through geek squad. Never have had any problems with them honoring the wwrranty

Easy to set up the insurance. Seems to cover as much or more than the traditional cell phone plans.

The only thing I wanted is just a paper proof of the coverage but they did not send anything

Its nice to have some piece of mind without breaking the bank. Reasonable price but the quality of the replacements are not great! Had a Note 5 replaced and less than two weeks later the back glass cover started to peel off. Took it to the store and they said I needed to pay another deductible to replace it again. Still beats Sprints insurance!
