I purchased the plan along with iPhone and when I was purchasing this plan I was told that the coverage includes lost or stolen "which was one of the main reasons of buying it). The phone was lost (by my wife) about a week ago and I thought probably it is sitting somewhere at home but after thoroughly looking for we were not able to find it, seems like it was really lost. I decided to go Bestbuy/Geeksquade for help as I pay eveyr month for the coverage and I used chatting Bestbuy/Geeksquade services. The chatting agent told me the plan doesn't cover lost or stolen items. I asked the agent for customer satisfaction and complaint department phone number, the agent just ended the session on me instead of trying somehow help me. The agent was was repsonding to me seems like i owe him something... No Service, no professionalism and obviously no Geeksquad next time. No trust and no "next time". Even with the changes over the past couple of years ( addition of the "service fees", limit of three claims over a two year period) I still find this to be the best value for over all coverage available. Filing a claim is very easy and a nice change is that you have a replacement phone sent to you immediately. No more having to go into a store to file the claim, get a loaner phone and wait seven to ten days for a replacement.

I only bought the accident protection plan because a BBY customer service representative told me that if I bought the plan (& just promptly cancel it after purchase) she would give me a Zagg screen protector and case for free. It worked out for me. I got a screen protector and case for my new iPhone for free by doing this so thanks!

I always use a Best Buy protection plan whenever I purchase some thing from Best Buy because they offers Pierier protection plans for their products

I purchase Geeksquad protection for all my products, and I've used the benefits several times. Worth purchasing.

Best Buy has the greatest protection out there. I highly recommend it. Not many have liquid damage plus you never have to worry about shipping your products when Best Buy is near your home! Geek Squad Rules

Saving money, getting better customer service, and help is waiting at any best buy around the country. Why didn't I do this earlier?!? :)

Haven't used the warranty, but Best Buy is a great company that appears to stand by what they sale, so I'm assuming warranty is good.

My protection plan kept me from having to pay for a new phone. Even though I had to pay some money, it was worth it!

I purchased the protection plan for my son's iphone. Did not really use it...so I don't have anything to say whether it's good or not..but just good to know that the phone was protected at that time.

Great price for cell phone insurance, cost less then the carriers insurance and much easier to use if needed

This is a good insurance policy for a cell phone. It covers most problems that happen. Worth the price.

Switched to Best Buy insurance from Sprint Coverage cost and terms are better as is customer service
