I canceled the tv in which this product came with I'm guessing and a month later they are charging me for it when I don't even have the TV!!!! This is ridiculous it was already canceled never picked up or anything yet I'm getting charged for it!

I hate this app. I hate that bestbuy bundles it in with purchases! BEWARE they automatically sign you up with recurrent billing! I never even created a user name/ID and bestbuy refused to give me my money back! Disgusted with Bestbuy

We do most of our appliance and "tech" shopping at Best Buy. One product I have been disappointed in is my Samsung fridge. The ice-makers do not work, are expensive to repair, and then still don't work. Love the GEEK squad and thankful for their help. T

I put in code for trial and have been unsuccessfully trying to cancel for over six months. This is both a scam and a useless streaming service. Probably won't ever buy anything again at Best Buy due to their unhelpfulness in cancelling subscription.

Did not use it and was charged for it. They don’t even send you a reminder to cancel the subscription but they are very quick to charge for it.

terrible. i was charged for nothing! never was clear on what i was suppose to receive. i wasted money! Ask before you sign up for this. and i did not receive a refund...

It's impossible to cancel this I have to get my bank to do it each month, it's crazy best buy can charge a monthly fee for a tv

Got signed up when purchasing a CardioMobile at checkout. Never enrolled, never got notifications. After I realized what it was, I cancelled.
