Horrible experience so far

This is ridiculous it was already canceled never picked up or anything yet I'm getting charged for it!

BEWARE they automatically sign you up with recurrent billing! I never even created a user name/ID and bestbuy refused to give me my money back! Disgusted with Bestbuy

One product I have been disappointed in is my Samsung fridge. The ice-makers do not work, are expensive to repair, and then still don't work. Love the GEEK squad and thankful for their help. T

Scam and useless

This is both a scam and a useless streaming service. Probably won't ever buy anything again at Best Buy due to their unhelpfulness in cancelling subscription.
