There’s no manual or customer service number. All “support” is via email and not immediate. I wouldn’t recommend this watch. Don’t waste your time or money.

Don’t get the watch

I bought it for both my GRANDson who are 8. We all were SUPER EXCITED until the 3rd day. Incoming and outgoing calls ceased to be made. The watch was no longer usable. EXTREMELY dissatisfied

Did not work for us

Don’t buy them they don’t work.

My 9 Year Old Loves this Watch
