Worst service, bring back Spacetalk. I couldnt even get a call out

Great product. Daughter lost it or it was stolen first couple weeks she owned it. Have not been able to find it. Liked it when we had it.

The watch only lets you call with the app, and customer service takes days to get back with you.

My daughter bought these and they had lots of problems. She returned them.

This’s a beautiful and unique kids smartwatch with video call that I bought for my grandson, the only downside you don’t get the deal for $.9.99 for the phone connection in the app, that’s why I only give them 4⭐️

Nice watch a little hard to set up but it great f a kid

We just bought this recently for our 8 year old to use. She has started walking to neighbors' houses or to school by herself once in awhile. It works great! Easy to set up and she loves having a little more freedom!

It's a great item to help teach my child to be prompt and efficient. Adding this debits to my mobile plan also helps to keep contact when needed.

I’m not one to give negative reviews, but this product deserves it. They erased all the prior bad reviews coincidentally right before the holiday sales….First off, there’s no tech support other than by email (if you’re lucky), secondly, the battery life is poor, the gps is inaccurate, and the phone number will be registered from somewhere in the world abroad. Also, accessories like spare chargers and watchbands aren’t available. Save yourself the hassle and get a Verizon Gizzmo watch. Great tech support, accessories, and it works! I can’t blame BestBuy for being fooled by this company.

If I could give zero reviews I would. I regret buying this for my kid. Battery life is terrible. When she tried calling me it wouldn’t go through. I would get random call from her watch when I was with her and she wasn’t calling. Location feature was not always accurate. Definitely thumbs down.

Absolute garbage, DO NOT BUY!!! My son started kindergarten and is riding the bus so we wanted something to keep track of him in case he gets off on the wrong stop or misses his stop…..Activation and set up was simple but nothing works!!! “4G” but GPS said my son was in another state. Could not get it to update. Claims they have 24 hour support…..by email, still havent gotten n answer back. Tried to call from watch, never dialed out. Tested SOS mode, never got an alert. Thank god i tested it first, DO NOT BUY!!

Not a great starter smart watch. Doesn't hold a charge and poor connection when the phone actually works. Need to return.

im so incredibly angry that my husband didnt read the reviews on this absolute horrible product. 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone. dont invest $100 into this product & $30 monthly…especially when you can get a boost mobile phone with the same payment and an actual phone.

Bad service, bad battery life, texting issues and it would ring randomly! I already returned it.

Do not spend the money. The battery was dead half way through a day. Many issues setting it up.

We travel constantly for work and are away from our youngest who stays with her Nana when we leave. Since having this safety watch we have been able to keep in close touch with our daughter throughout the entire day and get to follow her tracks as she leaves the house, call her throughout the days and nights and video call her (which great quality) makes us super happy as we get to connect with her. Messaging is fast and amazing, voice messages are very sentimental to us and we get to replay our messages from her. The SIM plan and device together are super affordable and such great value for money, we had been researching into buying a watch like this for a very long time and we are delighted to have purchased our Moochies. We are currently overseas away from our daughter and as it’s Friday today she’ll be staying up a bit later so we will have even more time to video call with her and her Nana later on.

nothing short of an easy and smooth-running experience - the connection on the watch is quite poor in some rural areas which is normal. OVerall an affordable purchase and our youngest is getting to terms with his new safety watch. I have no doubt his brother will want one too

Saw Moochies all over social media and happy to share that it has everything we needed. My daughter has started year 5 and we didn't want her to have an iPhone yet, the Moochies has everything a phone has but with safety features and no access to the internet which is a huge win to us.
