Faulty Watch

The watch was considered a faulty watch per the company Moochies. I was sent two different telephone numbers for the watch. Neither of the numbers worked. The numbers that were given to me were also out of state numbers. So they were assigned to the watch. I was told by the representative that I couldn’t chose a number that’s in the same state as me. The watch was hard to navigate and didn’t have many features. All in all it was a frustrating experience. The watch just didn’t work.

Do Not Even Try

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 20-30 minutes of setup, buying a SIM plan, and downloading updates, it only took 5 minutes to realize this watch does not make calls. I got the watch to video call my phone only twice and that was only when the app was up and open on my phone. Returned this the day we purchased it.

The sound quality is good and I also liked the do not disturb during school hours and that you can create GPS safe zones.

Size could be thinner though too bulky for a small arm

Dont waste you money or time

Not very compatible with Android and IOS

The SOS feature is only active while parent is in the app. Notifications make no sounds even after adjusting settings. GPS had our son in Germany for 3 hours. Parent can’t call child. Even took to Geeksquad and couldn’t solve notification issues. We ordered a replacement thinking it could be that watch and replacement was just as bad. Will be returning. Not for us.

Terrible watch

Authorized callers can't call. Unauthorized caller's sure are alloweded to call. Hard to manage and also the app is hard to manage. App had to install and Uninstall couple of times. Watch retured after only using 1 day
