Customer service is not good, and the phones would not connect through the included setup instructions. Had to email customer support (they only interact over email) several times before I could even get them set up. Once set up, the calling feature was intermittent mostly not working. GPS only worked when connected to WiFi. For an entire day one watch was tracking my daughter in Frankfurt Germany (we live in ME, USA). The GPS only seems to work if on wifi. Customer Service just stopped responding to my emails, and am returning to bestbuy.

Tried canceling my plan and getting a refund absolutely no response and no customer service number to call only email. It said my son was clear across the country and then had a $ symbol next to one of my childs family members (one that i had not put into contacts) very suspicious.

This watch is junk. The tracking rarely works. Calls don't show up. It quit charging after 60 days and won't turn on now.

Very cheap, and doesn’t work half the time, do not recommend!

This watch is terrible. If you have issues setting it up like i did, you can only contact customer service by chat only no phone number at all. We had to return it, was definitely not worth the price, hassle or time. The battery life is terrible. The concept of a child having a watch to contact parents/guardians is great, but not with this watch.

Tried every ways but can’t get to QR code. BestBuy can’t help with anything. And battery drained in one day.

Honestly, the worst piece of junk ever! Impossible to set up. Once set up doesn’t stay that way, hard for children to use, crappy quality, you can’t actually text and speaker sounds horrible. Can’t even figure out how to turn off my monthly subscription since my child never wanted to use this pile of junk ! Do not buy!!!

Terrible. Not user friendly. GPS showed my child in Germany, Singapore and home over and over. Texting doesn’t work without wifi. All features POOR.

I got 2 of this for my daughter’s on Christmas and none of them worked so i had to return them my kids were so disappointed

Don't Buy it. It doesn't work. It wasn't able to connect to a network and BestBuy did not want tp accept the return. Completely useless

Took several attempts to activate. Once it was "working" it had very bad service. The GPS tracking was atrocious. My daughter pressed the SOS button. It didn't contact us for about 10 minutes, and it showed her location in Dubai (not even kidding). We tried numerous times to get this watch to work as designed and it was just not going to happen. We returned the watch for a full refund and bought the Verizon watch (Gizmo) and we haven't had a single problem with it.

Not a good watch for kids to use all the time. You have to charge it alot so it doesny do any good to have it. They have a great customer service but product didnt work out for us.

I exchanged the Moochies watch for another Moochies watch, same model and price at my local Best Buy store. The only problem is, I cannot activate the watch due to the not showing as purchased. I'm still on hold after an hour with no resolution.

I ordered 2 for my 2kids last Christmas Until now I’m still figuring out how to work because until now it’s not working. Not worth it. I would like to send it back But I lost the packages.

This a wasted of money one of the straps broke off soonest he got it not even a week second it would never let us call him it always was given us error basically it worked whenever smh last it stop charging completely.

Challenging to get them to do anything. Thanks to the instructions they can be used.

Im in Florida and says my son is in Germany or in the middle of the Atalntic ocean about 3 x a week . I emailed custumer service and the said its happens when battery is low

Don't waste your time or money... Doesn't work consistently if at all. I've had a much better experience with TickTalk.
