this watch gave me so many problems could not activate it because it kept saying check device status. I definitely do not recommend this waste of time activated a sim plan twice and same problems. I can't even return this because I passed my returnable date. only gave it a one should have negative stars.

All in all, I am a fan of this product so far, we have owned it for over a month. There are a few little things that would be really handy such as a few more emoji response options for the kids and the ability to send pics from the app/parent unit to the watch. Also sometimes I find the GPS is a bit delayed but not all the time. I have spoken with support once regarding a small issue and they got back to me quite quickly and with helpful info. All in all I would and have recommended this product!

Good watch for my son. The battery doesn't last as long as I'd like.

It took extra effort to set this up on a busy holiday weekend but the small company made good on its promise to have someone help figure out the issue of the watch establishing an initial connection. My son loves that he can call his parents and we love that his watch does location updates too.

Never worked. We tried everything even trouble shooting but the watch never got to reveal the QR code for set up.

I didnt really like it for my daughter the fact that everyone needs to download an app to call or txt i was expecting something different if i could return it i would but it gets easily scratched and its like super scratched already

These are horrible. The company that runs the network is another country and only available by email. I never got them to work. I returned them. I bought 3 for my grand kids and all were the same.

After multiple communication with tech support at Moochies we were unable to get the watch to work. Returned the product.

Horrible!!! It has not worked since we bought it. Total waste of money.

the best investment i could get for my child. This device helps us keep track of him leaving school and headed home. The only thing I wish is that they company updates their firmware so the gps is more accurate.

Bought the 1st watch and there was a software issue. I had to return it and the 2nd one has the same issue. Customer service is so slammed they haven’t responded to me in over a week. The concept is amazing. I don’t think the maturity of the technology is quite there yet.

Decent little watch. Had some trouble getting it connected. Still unsure if it will work not on wifi. My main issue is watch came with 2 prong charger and requires a 4 prong. Sent email to there customer service. Will see how that goes.

UNABEL TO CALL FROM THE WATCH AND ONLY USES INTERNET CONNECTION EVEN THOU YOU ARE PAYING MOOCHIES A MONTHY FEE AND GETTING HELP FROM THE COMPANY IS UNREACHABLE

Trying to get this watch to connect to the internet was ridiculous and, unfortunately, not something I was able to achieve. Support is a joke, as I tried that avenue as well before returning it. Long story short, I returned this and went ahead and purchased my child a phone. Great concept; nightmare item.

I bought three one for each grandchild. They never worked the location kept telling me my grandson was in China, he was in my livingroom. No tech support at all and Best Buy would not take them back. Will never shop there again either.

Faulty watch. Tried to fix with manufacturer. Manufacturer said it was faulty and to return/ Replace watch
