Great product for my 9 year old she can use it qith no complications

I like very much and its very good .i know every one love it

It does what it says it does. I would recomend this watch for anyone who is very concerned about there child. Theres no social media access which is very great

Great for my 6 year old. I would recommend it to other parents.

My son loves it, he has anxiety issues and this was his security, very user friendly.

I don’t normally write reviews. But this product needs to be avoided. It didn’t work from the time I opened the box. Even though they charge you $30 to activate the sim and payment for first month service. It’s been three weeks and the watch is still searching for network. App is garbage, watch quality is very poor for the price. My kids toy watch works better than this. If I was Best Buy I’d start selling this product.

This was great for communicating, but the connection was not very good. Sometimes it didn’t tell me exactly where my kid was. And the app is very outdated.

It looks like this company has been hit hard with being short staffed and that’s very hard on their customers. Got this watch for Christmas for my granddaughter and it never worked, they claimed it was a system issue on their end, rebooted everything and sent an email claiming it should be fixed but never fixed the situation. We sent multiple emails trying to communicate and they didn’t respond…they do not provide a phone number so everything is done via email. In the end, my granddaughter could not enjoy her Christmas present. We ended up returning it 2 weeks after it was gifted because we were sitting at home with something she couldn’t use.

It is the WORST to set up. It takes days, and customer service is via email only. Clearly a watch designed for use in another country b/c challenge to get US options. Kids love it though. I’m the only one frustrated and over it.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR KID IN TEARS. I read the negative reviews and thought oh that won't be me, WRONG! This was the one thing my daughter wanted from Santa and it hasn't worked from the moment she took it out of the box. The customer service is done only through email. I will say they were very responsive ... until I asked them to refund my data plan- crickets since then, and no refund. I called the number assigned to my daughter and got some random woman- this is scary and unacceptable. I tried locating my daughter through GPS (just testing it, I knew where she was) but the app said "watch offline"... well what's the point then?! The solution was for me to send the watch back and best case scenario get it back in 10 working days but even that was not guaranteed because of covid. The battery life is awful, you need 2 full charges throughout the day. Get the Verizon gizmo watch instead! You do not have to be a Verizon customer to get it for your child!

The first attempt to activate it was a total failure. Like others said, it can’t get to the part where it displays the QR code. That was the first red flag. They will only email you for tech support and you might hear back from them in a day if you’re lucky. There is No over the phone support. Check for yourself online. Next, after getting it to somewhat work, within a day we can’t call to the watch and it doesn’t call out. Again….playing tag with the so called tech support via email. I would not recommend this product.

Just had to sign on to write a review because people don't seem to understand these aren't indestructible and they are a great option. I have owned one for almost 2 years since before best buy sold them for my son and it still works great. Customer service is awesome you just need to reach out and it may take a few days - it's a small company. I had a hard time getting it to connect initially but since then it has worked great - for like 2 years. Hasn't broken, hasn't let us down unless we forget to charge which is our fault.

Terrible! It literally does not work AND they are still charging me a monthly fee for an SIM plan even though I returned the device immediately. I'm so furious!

First watch was faulty so I exchanged it for another which again was faulty. Now I am out $100. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH.

Absolutely disappointed with this product. Worse Customer service ever seen, only through emails no phone support, data plan never worked, was unable to make single video calls, GPS tracking does not work. This went on almost for a month, finally returned it back, now waiting and hoping to get my money back. Highly unreliable product may fail anytime.

Got this watch as my son's school friends have them and our son is obsessed ! I can't get him to stop calling / video-calling me it's now driving me INSANE LOL, gps is so accurate and it's fun to be able to see wherever he goes. I am one happy mama :)
