Best Christmas present. Got it all set up within 2 minutes (no joke super easy), all ready for my boy for Christmas day, cannot wait to see his face. Tested it out and its a fantastic little gadget, my boy is going to love it

Bought this for my son for Christmas and it is now a month later and we still can’t get it to work properly. The support team only works via email and typically takes 3-5 days to reply. Do not buy!

There's been so much hype and rave about the Moochies watch so we cracked and gave in - the watch did not disappoint us! The MyMoochies app is very easy and clear to use, for me and my partner we are both not tech savvy but the set-up of the watch and app have both been super fast and simple to do. Straight away once we binded the watch we could see exactly where we were on the map! A major key feature we bought this watch was for the location to see our son and it works so accurately. Thanks Moochies you have made us and our son very very happy :)

Contacted customer support for some handholding. Once I got the watch up and running kids liked the facetiming.

Super cool features. Only negative is battery needs charging daily.

Greetings, is the camera for pictures only? Or can you make video calls as well?

Quite basic ... I thought you could at least download apps onto it but you can't

When I was a kid my Mom use to puts notes in my lunch. Now I send my little guy positive notes and reminders right to his wrist. I love being in touch as it takes a little bit of that parental anxiety away. It's cheaper than an Apple Watch but with all the features I really need. It's easy to use and he likes to use it. We've had it for about a week and really love it.

I was unable to get the service to connect. It appears that you need a strong AT&T service available.

Great quality watch, amazing features which we use every day, shout-out to the customer service team for being so efficient with our questions we've asked more than 30 questions I am sure of it ! Our little one loves this watch a lot, makes them feel like a secret agent answering their calls from their wrist!

We've been in search for a product like this for years, one that you cannot access the internet with as it is a dangerous place for young kiddies like ours. This watch has ticked all our boxes and has everything we have always wanted, sooooo thrilled with it

Would not stay connected to Wi-Fi for me to scan the QR Code.

This watch was recommended by a friend, so glad we trusted her judgement. Now I don't have to worry when my emmy plays outside on her bike as I can watch her wherever she goes.
