    Ironically, Moondance was the first CD I ever bought...and it sounded terrible. Tape hiss, poor fidelity. This was during the early days of compact discs. The vinyl re-issue on 180 gram is fantastic. Warm, intimate, quiet. It's a genuine pleasure to listen to.

    This is one of Van Morrison's best albums as well as one of the best of all time by anyone. This album should be owned by nearly anyone who loves music. It is artistic, deep and joy to your ears. The vinyl version is the best way to listen to all the amazing sounds.

    The 180g vinyl repressing is crystal clear. I won't waste time reviewing the album. If you are looking for Van Morrison, then you know enough already. Buyers choice. Just know the quality of the pressing is fantastic.

    Van Morrison's "Moondance" is a classic, so no need to belabor the music itself. But I do want to report that this is a high quality 180 gram LP that sounds great. Order with confidence!

    The early recordings are pretty faithful to how my older records sound, and the newer songs sound reveal a nice mix / master job. I think they did Johnny and fans a service with this one.
