Not as good as I thought it would be, but it isn't bad either.

Average movie. Good special effects if you like these kind of disaster movies

Did you enjoy Independence Day 1 or 2, The Day After Tomorrow, and/or 2012? And by "enjoy", I mean you can shut off your brain some and follow some "familiar" characters (and tropes) along during a world-wide disaster that truly stretches believability? This movie is perhaps the last of its kind since it did not do well in the movie theaters. For what it is, Moonfall was enjoyable. It is a bonkers story that involves a pretty radical and interesting science fiction concept. It doesn't stray from the formula, but it was still a fun rollercoaster ride of a movie. The actors do a very good job and the special effects are pretty cool. This is popcorn movie stuff for sure. That said, don't expect this to be anywhere near the quality of science fiction films like Interstellar or The Martian. Instead, it is very much like Independence Day 2 or The Day After Tomorrow. So I'd recommend this one since its a wild ride that will probably entertain you (so long as you can shut off your brain a bit since the concept is pretty out there...)

Totally unbelievable science fiction movie. However, the special effects are dramatic and make the movie an enjoyable watch. Don’t expect the movie to stay anywhere within a believable scenario, just enjoy the basic entertaining aspect.

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. I thought it was going to be straight up bad but was quite enjoyable. I definitely recommend to anyone who just wants a good turn your brain off movie or want a great laugh. Both can be had at the same time.

This is definitely one of the best disaster movies of all time. Action from start to finish, The special effects were outstanding and kept your eyes glued to the screen. The storyline kept you on the edge of your seat. I would recommend adding this movie to any movie collection for sure. In fact, this is one of those movies I could watch several times and know it would keep my attention each time. Well done and worth watching. Loved it.

NOW, THIS MOVIE HAD A GOOD STORY. MUCH DRAMA, ACTION, TERROR, DESTRUCTION, LOVE FOR HUMANITY AND OTHER SCENES IN THIS MOVIE. I ENJOYED WATCHING THIS MOVIE. LOOKING FORWARD TO THE SEQUEL. KUDOS TO THE ACTORS AND ACTRESS IN THIS MOVIE. BRAVO TO THE DIRECTOR OF THIS MOVIE, AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HELPED BRING THIS MOVIE TO THE SCREEN. PEACE!

This is an entertaining Sci-Fi movie. It combines aspects of Armegeddon where the threat is off-world and The Terminator where Artificial Intellogence tries to wipe out mankind. I recommend it.

This was a rel surprise for me - some how id never heard of it, thanks to covid exclusions, but i LOVE disaster movies and this one is GREAT! Excellent special effects and i really enjoyed the cast! I saw this on tv and HAD to add the disc to my collection so id have the behind the scenes bonus material! looking forward to sharing this with my mom!

Good movie for the price. Came much quicker than I expected. Overall a good movie. A bit far fetched on the storyline, but still worth watching for the amazing cinematography and cast of actors and actresses.

It is a classic plot but much better than I expected. Nicely done, especial effects are nice…it is a good move to watch for sure…very entertaining.

Not the best Roland Emmerich movie, but still decent. It has a good plot where the moon destroys the earth. I didn't get the whole AI part.

A great idea of a movie to watch when you can't think of anything else to watch....you do have to disregard the far fetched plot though.

Had no idea of what I was getting into with this move but I was not disappointed. Spectacular SFX. Well worth the time to watch it......

An enjoyable movie, but some real stretches in the story line. Okay, it is science fiction, but some real far out stuff in this one.

It held my interest. I think they could have chose a better way for the astronauts to get information than through images of their kid.

This is a good movie but falls a bit short in the plot lines at critical points. It was a good watch nonetheless.

With all those special effects you would think they would’ve taken time to write a better script

I love this movie. My daughter and I went to go see this I’m the theater when it first came out and I knew I had to buy this movie as soon as it came out. This movie will keep you on the edge of your seat.

I really liked this movie Halle Berry was awesome as always. I loved the story and the action. Unlike a lot of movies this one kept me guessing as to what was going to happen next. If you are looking for some escapism time. This is your best bet.
