short battery life, did not come with all the parts in the pictures, come with 1 extra filter, not design for tall people, because the stick vacuum is short.
Wish it comes with two batteries,

This cordless stick vacuum cleaner is the first on that I have ever bought. It works great on the floors and the carpets. I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought this vacuum Sept 1 because I thought it was a great deal. After using it once, I attempted to recharge the battery only to discover that the battery will not take a fresh charge. I contacted the vendor via the Best Buy app and the vendor “Moosoo” sent me a new battery.
Unfortunately the same thing happened. It worked for about 20 minutes then I plugged it in to recharge. Again, the battery failed to take a full charge. A month later I’m still trying to get a refund or replacement.
Best Buy will NOT refund this item because it’s sold through a third party vendor as “Best Buy Marketplace”. I feel like I have as just ripped off !!

Great for what I needed it for. I love the way it twists and turns and i can get under the bed or dressers etc.
