Mophie responded to my warranty claim quickly, paid for shipping, and sent a replacement - which also snapped in the same place. The service is good, but the product seems poorly designed. The case holds the phone well, but a flexing part should simply not be made of un-reinforced plastic.

It broke around the clip release that holds and releases your phone. I exchanged it and got another one and that one broke the very next day. My phone has fallen onto concrete from the clip breaking and chipped my phone case and cracked my tempered glass. It is not worth the money for something that will break 2 days into using it and possibly damage your phone when it breaks

After a few weeks I noticed the spring in the clip getting loose. Then one day I stood up from my chair and heard my phone hit the floor. The clip spring had broken and the clip came apart from the case piece. It didn't snag or get pulled; it just fell off! That is $30 down the drain.

Have had 3 and all 3 broke within one month. Tried to deal with Mophie. No dice. Gave address for warranty replacement but never received new clip.
