It charges my phone without a problem! Love it! Charges through my case, even my husbands case that is a little thicker.

I was surprised how fast this charges my phone. I was a little worried it wouldn’t work through my case, but it works fine.

I just bought it a few days ago it’s been awesome, the only downside I can confirm is, it’s not fast charge, I have a fast charger with the MacBook Pro 2017 charger and that one charges waayyy faster I could get 80% battery in like 15 mins .. the mophie is good but a little misleading, still a lot faster than the original charger that comes with the iPhone X

I gave this to my mother as a Christmas gift and I helped her set it up on her nightstand. It works just fine, but I was able to hear a high-pitched coil whine coming from the power brick as soon as I plugged it in. The noise goes away as soon as you place a phone on the pad to charge. Once you remove the phone from the pad, the noise comes back. My mother said she couldn't hear the noise, so I didn't bother returning or exchanging. But if your ears are sensitive to high-pitched noises, you might want to look at other options. Otherwise, the charger works just fine and charges iPhones at their fastest possible wireless charging speeds. The power brick is small and won't cover multiple wall outlets.

Even if you have a thick protective case. It quickly charges my iPhone XR 10watts is powerful enough.

I love this product, it is easy to use, does not take up too much space and charges my phone witofail.

One for home and one for the office, don't be tied to a short cable for charging your cell phone, drop it on a charging pad with 10 Watts and pick it up when it rings and go where ever in your office or home. Don't be forced to take personal calls in front of your staff when you can pick up your phone and go and where you have privacy. This charger is fast do not buy the knock offs. They will not work as well as this one.

This is a great, well made wireless charger. I use this on Iphone XS Only down side would be that if you have a phone case, you have to make sure to place the phone in the very center region to be sure the phone receives the charge. To be fair, I do not know of any other wireless charger where that is not also the same problem. I would buy this again.

What a delight to simply place the phone on the small round flat surface of charger - always at the ready as is plugged in wall outlet. I was disappointed one morning when it had not actually charged all night because it was not placed in the sweet spot for charging. Be sure it is charging and if not, simply lift and replace the phone.
