I’m a huge mophie case fan. They not only provide your phone with extra battery life but it also helps protect your phone as well ... much better than any other case I’ve tried. I just purchased a new IPhone 11 plus and had to get the mophie case. I love the extra protection and battery life it provides but I’m also very pleased that they’ve made it smaller, lighter weight, and the charging port is totally different. You can plug in the iPhone lightening charger into your iPhone and the usb c charger into the mophie case port so that both are charging at the same time. It’s great.

This case has served me well over the last year adding hours of battery life I wouldn’t have had otherwise. It does thicken your phone up a bit with its build, but that makes it better in my opinion. The new iPhones are so thin and easy to drop. Having a solid grip on your 1000$ investment is never a bad thing. Has had no issues to date and works as well as it did on day one.

Excellent protection, and provides a decent amount of extra charge when needed.

Keeps my phone charged. Nice to have extra battery power. But the case is a little heavy.

Very happy! Works as advertised. Second mophie i have owned. Went without a mophie and really missed the instant battery boost when cell battery was low. Great for on the go when you don’t have access to power or dont want to carry an external charger. Would definitely recommend

I have owned several mophie charging cases in the past and loved the products but I am very disappointed with this case. It only charges the phone about 30%. This to me serves no purpose. I want the case to give me at least one full charge to the phone. The cases I've had in the past at least gave a full charge to the phone. On a positive note, I do like that it will charge wireless and that you have access to both the phone and case ports at the same time.

This juice pack is great for the people who can keep up with charging every now and then but it’s not going to fully charge your battery if your are one of those people who live life dangerously and are always on the verge of a dead battery. Gives you just enough juice to keep your battery moderately charged above usage.

This is a much better design!! With this new design I can still plug attachments into my phone while the case is charging. I also love the new feel of this mophie case.

I recently updated my cellphone from an iPhone 10 (X) to an 11Pro. My old iPhone had a Mophie battery case and I wanted another one for this phone. Best Buy had the case in stock and Amazon had a 1-2 month wait time. The case gives me extra battery power when I need it, since I use my phone for work and personal business.

The Mophie case/charger provides protection and I am always super charged all day and night.

Great product keeps my phone powered and protected from anything other a direct drop on the screen.

Very useful for travel. I use it mostly when I’m an amusement park like Disneyland. It helps to give all day battery. Saves me from carrying a battery pack.

Like how sturdy and how it fits the phone and the hand. I feel the iPhone is well protected.

The first time I purchased a Mophie phone case for a older iPhone I was instantly hooked. It was one of the best phone cases I ever purchased. I was able to recharge my phone fully and STILL have juice leftover. I recently purchased the brand new Mophie charging case for my iPhone 11 Pro & was completely disappointed. I loved the design. I love how it felt around my hands. I love how you could control the charging of the phone. But as soon as I saw how I was only getting 30%-40% MAX of charge out of the case, it was a instant let down. I returned the case within a week or two. Huge let down considering how excited I was when I bought it.

Charge quick, light cover case and great for outdoor when needed battery charge.

Has a good texture, but it doesn’t charge with the same phone charger if you have an iPhone, but you still able to charge both with the same charger charging cable. The phone wont get a full charge with it.

Have always had good experiences at Best Buy. I don't like some of the changes that have been made. You can't call the store directly if there is a problem. Actually there was a problem. The blue shirt waiting on us didn't put the sim card in the new phone. We live 2 1/2 hours away from the city. Luckily we figured this out before we left town. This was not at the store where we bought the phone but at a different store. When we bought the phone it wasn't in stock. Had it shipped to our house and when we returned took it to a store closer to where we had business that day. I know customer service is a thing of the past but it should still matter.
